When introducing the series to a younger generation I always start with this episode....A lot of teens can relate to Marcy and it's such a fun and entertaining part of the season, not to mention the beginning of Cordelia's awakening into the world of 'freaks'...

I think this is a great episode--there is definitely a truth to Marcy's character. Everyone has felt that they are invisible, at least once. She is the extreme version to what people feel, and her feelings drive her to do what most would have liked or liked to do at one point with those who ignore us.
