Possible symptoms are tender breasts, morning sickness, frequent urination, and much more. But every woman is different. Some women go their entire pregnancy without any symptoms. Other women have symptoms at certain points in the pregnancy and not others. Other women have lots of symptoms all throughout. Some women get so bad that they have to stay in bed for their entire pregnancy.

So it's never possible to tell whether a woman is pregnant or not just by symptoms or lack of symptoms. If your partner thinks she might be pregnant, she'll need to take a test to find out.

Women need to see doctors if they go for three months or more without a period. They should also see an ob-gyn if they are trying to get pregnant. If she has gone three years without a period, is now trying to get pregnant, and has not seen a doctor about either of those things, then you two should not be trying to have a baby just yet. If she hasn't seen a doctor about her missed periods, then for all you know, she could have a serious health issue that would make it dangerous or even deadly for her to get pregnant. Or she could have an STD that she could pass on to her baby. A lot of STDs have no symptoms in adults yet can cause a wide variety of issues for babies. So if she hasn't seen a doctor yet, put your foot down. Use protection until she gets seen and the doctor says it's safe for her to have a baby. Because when a woman isn't taking care of her health, she's not taking care of her unborn/future baby's health either.

its an amazing a terrifying feeling at the same time. The first time i felt my daughter kick i cried i was so amazed and happy. When my fiancee felt my daughter kick for the first time he was also very excited. But remember when i woman is pregnant she may get snappy or grumpy or hot tempered dont take much notice of it she dont mean it. Its due to the raging hormones in her body. lol
good luck !
