he likes u. my current bf started out that way. he made me laugh at the randomest things. like one day he randomly said pudding and i broke out laughing. and my ex used 2 look bak at me when i passed by. and if hes staring at u well y else would he be staring at u?? odds r he totaly likes u!!! go for itand like n0morenice said the worst he can say is no. just straigh up tell him. if ur 2 scared ask one of his friends 2 causully bring u up and ask him 2 ask the guy 2 see if he likes u. i did the same thing with some guys. but im glad with wat i got. lol DONT BE SCARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

same thing for me xcept for the tugging hair. everyday i catch him staring at me at least once and in history when he sits in front of me he'll glance at me real quick and look away nd do it again later i cnt ask him bout it tho cuz im a really shy person >.<
