Here is where the the records of what characters belong to which organizations. It is also the place where people may sign up their characters for a particular faction. Detailed information on all the organizations may be found Here

As a note, it may be possible to rank up and become a leader of a certain faction, but for now all leaders are NPC's. Eventually player-made groups may come about as well, when the number of characters increases.
