It was the eerie silence that she woke up too, she opened her eyes to find herself in a medical ward room. All the lights were off, the machines she was wired too weren't on. And there was no one around. Slowly she sat up on the bed and removed the wires from her arms as she did she noticed that she was currently in her Avatar body and not her human one. She blinked and looked around again and noticed a water encasement that once housed an Avatar body while it grew. But there was a form inside of it, but it was too small to be an Avatar and she stood up and walked over to it.
She noticed the plaque on it before she could see what was inside the water tank, thje plaque read Aerie Williams, born November 21st, 2130. Died June 3rd, 2154 Reading this she gasped and looked to see her human body floating in the tank. She staggered back and shook her head and ran from the room, far too shocked to know what to do. But she tried to find someone, someone to explain what had happened, why she was "dead". She ran but found no one, plants grew through the halls and Aerie started to panic. She ran outside, vechicles were still there, it was like everyone had just vanished into thin air. Falling to her knees Aerie let out a long anguished cry that bounced from the buildings to the trees.

The forest was lush with animals and plants. The natives were once again peavefully established close to the tree of souls, both because it was the only place they could find, but also so they could protect the tree just incase of anything that happened. it had only been a few years since those selfish sky people had tried to mine Pandora the land and the people would be permanantly scarred, but maybe it would be for the better. Not for the land around them no, but because they would be more protective of the land and also more suspicious about the creatures that came here.
One of the natives, Te'Rei he was called was up in the air above what was a human facility those years ago, but now it was partually over-grown with plants and greenery. When he heard the anguished scream he landed his Ikran just outside the base, standing at his full hieght of almost 12 feet, he caughtiously began to venture inside, hoping to Eywa that a human had not been left behind.

Aerie cried into her hands for a few minutes until she was able to calm down enough to think. She knew everyone couldn't have just dissapeared, she got up and slowly looked around of anything she could find to tell her what happened. Walking back to the facility she found a small pistol that had been abandoned on the ground, picking it up with shaking hands she breathed in deeply. She knew enough that she would know how to use it. And then she started to look through the base for any kind of clues of what had happened that made everyone dissapear.

Te'Rei wondered through the halls, his bow and arrow in his hands, arrow drawn ready to shoot if needed. He came into the hanger where the armor suits and helicopters were, before most of them were taken back to the dead earth, or destroyed in the great battle. Ducking under another door way, he pulled his arow tight when he spotted Aerie. She was like the Cheif and he could tell by the different number of digits on her hands compaired to his. Suddenly, a Direhorse races through the air hanger, since the humans had left the animals would pass through his place and use it for shelter. But unfortunetly that blew Te'Rei's cover.

Aerie had been figetting with a computer trying to get it to turn on yet it didn't, it seemed impossible to try and get it on and possible call someone for help. It seemed like it was only yesterday that she arrived on Pandora with a small group of other biology students to assist in the ressearch of Pandora's life forms when she had suddenly gotten sick and spent her second day in the medical ward and then nothing. The loud noise caught her off guard and she spun around and gave a cry out to suddenly see and Na'vi behind her and she gasped and accidently pulled the triger and ended up shooting the roof. The bullet riccoted against the metal rafters and Aerie cover her head with her hands and closed her eyes. "Oh god... Sorry. I didn't mean it." Aerie shouted to the Na'vi hoping to God that he knew english.

Te'Rei made sure to avoid the bullet, noticing how she was shaking and she looked a bit confused, that was not a sign of someone who knew what they were actually doing. It had been quite a while since he learned english so it wasnt the easiest thing, "Its okay, understand." he said gently, putting his bow and arrow around his back and stepping a bit closer, his tail swishing behind in in slight curiosity.

Aerie slowly put the gun down as she saw the Na'vi put his bow away. God knows with how jumpy and frightened she was she may accidently set it off again. She looked to him curiously and blink her new golden eyes as he stepped closer. "Do you know what happened here?" Aerie asked now that she knew he knew english though not very good english. Or maybe wasn't as hostile as she had once knew that maybe he would bring her to someone who was able to talk enough to help her.

"Humans attacked Hometree, destroyed forest killed there own kind." he said looking back at the hanger where what was left of the mechanicle suits were now covered in plants and grasses. "Are you the only one?" he asked, it wasnt that had didnt know english its jsut that he never used it. And maybe if she was still here there could be others, but even to him it didnt look that way, there could be some dormant, but probably now.

Aerie blinked in surprise, wondering how all of those things could have happened. Then she wondered how long had she been asleep? She shooked her head as she tried to wrap her brain around what he told her. "When? When did this happen?" Aerie asked desperate to know. Know what happened, how long ago and if she had been forgotten and left behind. "I don't know. I haven't seen anyone, except you." she told him as she stepped a little bit closer to him.
