Alright, well me and of of my best friends are big Oblivion freaks and we end up joking around with it a lot. I may not have the PC version of the game (so no mods... T.T) but me and her always find something to laugh about. We end up making fun of our own characters and their daily lives and we even combine our characters to form a nice storyline. (Call it a roleplay because essentially, that's what it is) ((White and Nerdeh I know XD))

One of the ideas that came out of our criminally insane heads originated from another sight that my friend is a huge fan of. She showed me FML a while ago and I decided to pop up an FML from Rosalia herself to her. She ended up loving the idea and we have been screwing around with this inside joke ever since.

I don't want to bore you so I will get to the point...

Give meh your Oblivion FML's!!!

They didn't actually have to happen in game, just make the crowd laugh.
Here is a nice example from my newest character: Amalia Morrue.

"Today, I stealthily crawled out of the Imperial prison sewers for one of my Dark Brotherhood contracts. On my way back to the sanctuary, I passed by an odd ford where I was slain by an invisible bear... FML"

I walked through this glowing blue portal in the middle of Lake Niben a while ago and now I got stuck with the care and feeding of a whole bunch of loonies. FML xd

Thought I might do a second one as well while it was in ma head.
I found all these weird staves (half-staffs with a goblin head strapped in the top) a couple weeks back in a goblin lair. At the time I thought 'cool, freaky wierd staves, good for my collection,' stuffed them in my bags and went on my merry way, storing them in shiny sisplay cases when I got home (living in Skingrad btw; I got lotssa money from my 'splorin').

Well yesterday I had a home invasion, by what seems to be goblins. Apparently they burst through the gates, suprised the town guard and while they were distracted the goblins broke into my home and tore the place apart to find the staves. Apparently they were sacred goblin totems to the clans that they originally belonged to and didn't like them being taken and not returned.

So now I have the count pissed off with me (for not even bothering to realise what I had) who told me I have to pay reparations to the city of Skingrad for all the damage the goblins did, my nice manor is now all wrecked thanks to the goblins' feverish search of their totems and I don't have any more cool freaky staffs. This is related to Oblivion, but in real life as well.

I had a pretty good Oblivion Character from when I borrowed the game from my buddy. I only held onto it until he sold it someone. Well after a while, I figured, "Well, I got $60, I'll just buy the GOTY Edition." Well I gave the money to my mother since she was running to the store and she bought it for me. Well, I slapped in the game disc and played a little. I had beaten every quest I got my hands on and could slay every guard from every town without much healing. All in all, Oblivion itself was quite boring. 300k pure, house chalk full of artifacts, gems, deadric armor and weaps, scrolls/books, ingredients. A great fortune in my house alone.

So, I then decided, since I had the GOTY Edition, I'd install the add-ons. Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine. I didn't care to play the KotN, I was more focused on the wanting to play SI.

Well, I had the add-ons installed, and went to go play it. I loaded my game, and everything. I slept for a few days in my house, nothing. No Quest popping up or anything. Well, it turns out I must update my 360? I don't have any connection to X-Box live, my 360 is broken and has been for quite some time so I was borrowing my brothers for a bit. He took it back. So I am left with a game I can't even play. Spent $60 on a game that I've already beaten. On top of that, half of the towns won't load correctly. FML.
