Hello guys, how are you all? I wanted to ask you guys a question.
How do you guys get back into Runescape once you're tired of the game?
Basically, I just end up setting a goal for myself, and reminding myself of friends that I have that I would miss talking to once in a while.
Reason why I chose the title "Connection Lost... Attempting to re-establish." is because I thought it would be most suitable for the thread, and I myself find a strange connection to my character, not in any way strange, but I just find myself like it's important to me when it comes to gaming in general.
Yes, I know that sounds a bit weird, but all that time I spent on it, and Runescape is basically the only game I play/dedicate myself to. So, yeah, how do you guys do it?
Thanks a lot, and take care.
~King

I usually just play when I'm bored, haven't really played for any real purpose the past year or so, which ironically has gotten me the most levels sweatdrop

I don't really get bored of Runescape, mainly because none of the people I talk to at school want to hang out with me, and I don't really want to hang out with them. We're sorta friends but the things they like doing outside of school aren't the same for me.

I have to get a 99 to get back into the game, seriously.
I have 23M in the bank... Might go splurge on a 99 like Crafting or something...

PS - In fact, I think I will. razz

It's the matter of when I'm at the point of reminiscing about my past. Like, we all used to play pokemon back then. Some of us still do. Unlike me, I lost some things so I haven't touched those games in a while or since you beat the game a gajillion times, you don't feel like playing it. After some time, I think of the good old days, pick up my game (If I ever find my SP again...<.<) and play it again and the thrill returns and I get addicted.
Runescape kinda has the same concept, but idk. Only reason why I'm not playing it currently is because of Lent.

I set goals and aim to achieve them, but i do them one at a time. Like ill do slayer for a bit then switch, not for a bit like a week, like a day if i feel like it.

I do something new.
Everytime I return, I find another completely different side to Runescape that I haven't really ventured into yet.
Before I left the first time, I was a fletching whore.
When I returned, I got into a very fun skilling clan and actually became social within the game.
I left again for 6 months, came back and now I'm all about the combat(I used to be 20% combat, now I'm 44.3% :>)
