I'm new to this guild...well...my grandmother died when i was 7 years old...and she told me "not to be afraid" She helped me a lot, i can see spirits....and i can feel what they feel...it runs in the family...but skips generations...Well im tired...of the feeling of being watched...i have been trying to pretend their not there...but...they go into my head while im sleeping...When i was younger it was easier...but now...its getting hard to hide it. What do i do? Currently i know of three spirits around me....

do you want them to go away completley and you not to have to deal with any of that stuff again or do you want to know some tips for controlling it?

learning about your shields and how to turn them on and off will help alot. i keep my shields up during the day when im around others but at night i let them down and enjoy the feelings of other auras around me
putting your shileds up can be very easy but for some letting them down can be hard sometimes. meditation helps alot.
and when i put up my shields i close my eyes and imagine a blanket being thrown around me. it helps me concentrate when i imagine it as an actual thing that can be touched
the best thing though is to try a bunch of different things and expiriment with your abilities and learn what works for you.
the going into your head while your sleeping part i cant really help with too much since ive been having my own issues with that. i usually just ask my cat to keep me safe at night right before i go to sleep.
having a stron will will also help you too. commanding spirits to leave you alone will help with some of them. i always try asking first and if that doesnt work then ill try commanding them to go away, depending on the spirit

Thanks, i will try that. I normally have spirits i notice as im out walking around. children on bicycles....umm old man in a rocker...i dont im fine..as long as they dont try to talk to me

that must be creepy. ive hardly ever seen spirits, and when i do they are very blurry.
