So my bf and I are planning on going to a con together with him dressed as Pavi and myself as a GENtern. My outfit will be easy enough, but as for my bf...he has a unique face shape so I don't want to get a generic mask, I want to custom make one. Does anyone here have any idea how to go about that? sweatdrop

There's lots of various kits out on the market. Here is a pretty good site to get you started. If you can get to a bigger costume shop, like Fun FX, they might be able to help you.

Y'know... if you wanted to be really creepy, you could take a plaster casting of your own face, then make the mask from that using liquid latex.

Wow, thanks a lot, that's a great start for me. You know, I thought about making a cast of my face for his mask, but seeing as how I've never done anything like this before and hardly even know anything about it, I figured we'd try to do it the easiest way possible while still making sure it's just right for him, lol.
