They have some decently priced Lolita items, but I'm not sure whether they are of decent quality or not. It looks suspicious....

Don't order from Milanoo. There was a big scandal about that on the livejournal EGL group a while ago because of this awful review and other not as nightmarish but still absolutely crappy reviews. The full details are here.
