All over the continent, there are groups of adahy or di'taki that may band together for a similar interest or cause. They are family, friends, total strangers, but within time they will form a close-knit bond that cannot be matched.
These are the tribes of Grimshaw.
These are the tribes of Grimshaw.
Tribes are groups of adahy or di'taki (never both) that have banded together for a common purpose. Maybe they all like life on the beach, maybe they're all neon colors, or maybe they just like each other. Whatever it is, tribes can range in members from five or six to twenty or thirty. They aren't mandatory, but those that join a tribe can receive benefits for being active in that community.
Tribes can contain adahy or di'taki that have never met, or be a long family community that accepts new outsiders into its folds. They can form alliances with other tribes and share territories, or be aggressive and ward off any outsiders.
I am the hand crawling on the moon –
Even the stars cannot pierce me,
And when I descend to hold you in my moist embrace,
You’ll swear that the dead are rising from their very grave.
How to Join
To create a tribe, after you have read the information here, check out the tribe creation thread. Keep in mind at this time only elders may create their own tribe until we have a larger number of players that are willing to participate.
To join, check out the threads listed in this subforum to see who's recruiting!
Guidelines
There are a few guidelines to creating and joining tribes.
+ Adahy and di'taki may be friendly towards each other, but they may NEVER join the same tribe. Co-racial tribes cannot exist.
+ A tribe may have as many members as it wants.
+ The benefits for tribe members only apply if the owner at least posts in the shop once every week or so. This is up to staff digression. For your benefit it is recommended that you participate in at least one tribe-related RP about once every month or so. It doesn't have to be a novel, just a page or two.
+ You can leave a tribe at any point you would like.
+ Tribes are not mandatory.
Benefits
Being an active member of your tribe can give you certain benefits or rewards. Some participation is required in order to gain these, you can't just join a tribe, never do anything and expect something in return (feel free to do that, you just won't get anything). Shop presence or a tribe-related RP every month or so should do the trick.
