There are 3 quests in the Waterworks that you can do even if you did the quests in the sewers/waterworks before the most recent "tutorial" update.
1) Kill 15 Peelungers
2) Kill 15 Gramsters
3) Click all 4 of the valves
No one gives them to you, and when you've finished, a message pops up on your screen that you finished X quest and get Y reward. I think its just a few orbs and a few hundred gold, but I thought I should mention it, since I don't think many of y'all go down there...
