The Creator and his Seven TrusteesThe Creator
The Creator was the one who created the Devil Fruits. He was the most powerful being in the four seas until he had to leave. Thus he entrusted his power to seven different devil fruit and gave them to the former normal mortals who has become close to immortality.
This Seven Trustees are hundreds of years in age but they remain to look like when they were given the fruit. Sometimes the Trustees would change into there immortal form to scare there foes.
The Seven are each number accordingly with there own subordinates. There subordinates are named by following the number of the trustee then depending on there strength it will decrease.
Example:
One's Half
One's Fourth
One's Eight
and so on.
One is in charge of communication between the entire four seas and anything about communication.
Two is in charge of the underground system. It includes mining and prisons.
Three is in charge of the waters. As in just the water and keeping it clean and safe for the pirates and marine alike.
Four is the Fleet Admiral of the Marine.
Five is the one in charge of transportation and informations.
Six and Seven are the superior which can take charge of anything. Seven being the strongest of the two thus making his the complete power.
All the Trustee's power are unknown as they have never use there power or needed to use it.
All of the Trustee's and there follower where turbans to conceal there appearance.
