Rex is slightly tall at 6'2", he weighs in at 236lbs. His most prominent features are his whispy golden-blond hair with some brown streaks enfused in the mess. His eyes are multi-colored, one being an icy blue while the other is deep maroon. His pearly white teeth, due to genetic alteration, favor the large kanines of a wolf, the largest pair measuring up to an entire inch. Rex's body is well-built and muscular, which contributes greatly to his total weight. Even though Rex is partially a wolf, he inherits no other visible features other than his teeth. Rex has no shirt (he never does, he feels uncomfortable), he's currently wearing ragged blue jeans and well-worn shoes.

Rex is aggressive, assertive, and willing to take any risks to reach his goals. People who stand in his way often end up in the hospital. He has no sympathy for people he does not know, and often feels on edge around a group of people he does not know. However despite these unfriendly attitudes, Rex is also a social creature, like a wolf tends to stay in a pack, Rex often finds a group of people and sticks around for a while.
Character Flaws:
-Rex has a habit of growling continuously when he is frustrated, which is generally more annoying than scary.
-Rex also has a nasty habit of assaulting anything he deems a threat to him or his group, no questions asked.
-Rex often over exerts himself, especially in a fight. He goes over the top in almost any physical encounter, such as maiming someone when a simple smack would have been enough. Due to this Rex often uses his energy very quickly, the words 'energy conservation' is not in his vocabulary.
-For those who can sense things like these, Rex has a rather aggressive 'aura'. People around him often feel on edge, as if he might attack them at any moment. This can lead to some very difficult encounters with new people.
-Due to his wolf nature, Rex sees any group leader as a threat to him. Naturally, Rex feels the need to be a leader of the pack, and if there is any opposition the enemy is sure to encounter a fight sooner or later.
-Surge side affects, such as twitching after a surge. Trouble thinking clearly, loss of fine motor skills, irritation, extreme fatigue, all following a surge.

Test Subject 0-1-3 was created in a biological testing facility away from the public eye. He was one in thirty test subjects to be altered, he was one in two to survive past childhood. He was raised in captivity, where he was given a room that had all the essentials. Every day he was constantly monitered, and every day he loathed his small room and enclosed pen outside. At the age of sixteen the facility began to suffer from lack of funds, and shortly after violent protests erupted after a news crew accidently discovered the tests that occured inside the facility. Eventually the facility was turned over to the military, after a few years of legal battles and bankruptcy. When the military moved in, The 'REX" project was immediately shut down. But for some reason, Test subject 0-1-3 was never put down, instead, he soon found himself being hauled unconcious to the facility.

Abilities:
The Surge, as part of a secret military test, Rex was given an injection while he was unconcious that affected his adrenal glands. Not only do they now produce an almost fatal amount of adrenaline, they have also been altered to produce a normally fatal neurotoxin that affects the brain. Normally, the brain limits total muscle use at any given time to be at a constant 33%, which is true for all humans. However, the neurotoxin overrides this brain command, and unleashes full muscle capacity. In short, the neurotoxin gives the user superhuman strength. The chemical also overrides the pain receptors, so while Rex is in his 'berserk' state, he feels no pain, and therefor has no regard for pain. The chemical is triggered by breaking of the skin during combat, like a large cut or gash.
