You see Keira fiercely fending off the attacks of your fellow army members. The group has put together a valiant offensive effort and she is on the verge of defeat. You grip your weapon tightly and wipe the sweat from your brow. This HAS to be the deciding blow.

You gather strength in your tired body and rise to your feet. Keira is busily evading a volley of fire arrows. As she hops back, you see your opening! You rush forth from the right. She sees you but it's too late. She tries to bring her blade down on your head but her wounds have made her slow. You narrowly sidestep her strike and plunge your blade through the jewel on her chest plate. Have you done it?

Keira: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! How can you mere mortals defeat me? I am one of the Guardians of Mephistopheles!

A burst of intense light radiates from Keira's body. In an instant she disappears and there's nothing left of her except her armor and a cloud of sulphur.

You have done it. You have defeated her. You should be happy but you are so exhausted that you can barely think. Who was this Keira? How is she connected to Mephistopheles? You came to the Demon Realm to find Mephistopheles but you haven't found any answers.

From here, where do you go?

Sylvanas: You cannot stop what has begun. Your fates has been decided and the destruction of this world is inevitable.

Celesta: Why are you doing this? Mephistopheles will destroy all the lands including the Sacred Forests. This will mean the end of the Elven race. You should know this well.


Sylvanas: The Elves have become nothing more than pompous fools who argue politics and wage war against each other. We are no better than the humans at this point. With the destruction of the Sacred Forest, we will purge the world and it will be reborn.

Celesta: Mephistopheles will never make this happen. He is vile and twisted and only destruction will follow. Please reconsider Sylvanas! Just surrender and we'll go back to the Elven Council and plead your case.

Sylvanas: You are a bigger fool than I thought if you think the Elven Council will ignore my transgressions at this point. I have cast the die and will see this to the very end. Your meddling ends here!

Sylvanas begins to chant a magical spell. Before you can react, a ball lightning forms in the cusp of Sylvanas's hand. You can hear the air crackling and the heat is intense. You wonder how Sylvanas is not being burned by it. Before you can finish that thought, she hurls the ball lightning at you. A few of your men are not so lucky to dodge it but you are barely able to sidestep it. It crashes against the castle wall and leaves a gaping hole.

Celesta: I'll need some time but I know a way to stop her. Buy me some time and lead her into the middle of room. I will give you the signal when I am ready.

You grasp your weapon tightly and charge at Sylvanas. You dodge the lightning spells she sends your way and close the distance. You take a couple of heavy swings at her but she evades them with ease. Sylvanas quickly starts chanting and waves her right hand toward you. You are sent flying back through the air. You crash against the wall and have the wind knocked out of you. As you look up another ball lightning is headed your way. You close your eyes and brace for impact as there is no time to avoid the spell. You can feel the intense heat burn your skin. Then in an instant, it's gone.

Terra: Get to your feet! I have cast a Barrier on you. Now is your chance to take her down.

You quickly jump to your feet. You will need a plan this time. You adjust your armor and charge back in at Sylvanas.

Sylvanas: You are no match for me!

Again you take a couple of heavy swings at Sylvanas but just as she had done previously, she avoids the strikes with ease and begins her chant.

It is the same spell as before as you had hoped for! In an instant, you are sent flying back. However, this time you are ready for it. You take the dagger from your belt and throw it at Sylvanas! Sylvanas jumps out of the way but the dagger blade grazes her left shoulder.

Sylvanas: How dare you human!

You: Now I've got you! Celesta! Now!

Celesta finishes her spell and a green rune appears at Sylvanas's feet. It is a drain life spell! The rune rises up from Slyvanas's feet and encircles her body and appears to tighten around her. Sylvanas screams in pain. The drain life spell ceases and Sylvanas falls to the floor.

Sylvanas: This will not be the last of me!

Sylvanas again begins to chant. This time a large portal appears and Sylvanas crawls into it. The portal closes quickly. It feels like all the air in the room has been sucked out of the room. Sylvanas is gone.

You: So now where?

Celesta: We cannot take more time chasing after Sylvanas. We must head east to the Land of Water. Hopefully we will be able to find the source of all this evil energy there.

The sea serpent has caused massive damage to your fleet. You must end this now before it destroys all the warships. Any further damage would put the fleet beyond repair and leave you vulnerable to enemy attacks from the sea. You order your army to ready the harpoon. They load the massive harpoon head onto the ballista. As you man the weapon, you know you have one shot. If you miss, the sea serpent will surely not allow for a second chance. You steady the weapon and look down the sights. The ocean spray obscures your vision. You take a deep breath and fire the harpoon. The harpoon sails through the air and the barbed head pierces the neck of sea serpent!

The sea serpent thrashes wildly causing large waves that threaten to sink your already damaged ship. Now is the chance for victory. You order your army to let the volley of arrows fly. The arrows repeatedly strike the sea serpent and it lets out a horrific screech that sends chills down your body. The sea serpent struggles to stay afloat as the arrows continue to fly. The sea serpent reels and you can see its eyes roll back so that only the whites are visible. The serpent starts to slowly sink under the waves. You want to celebrate your victory but your tired body aches. You look at the sinking serpent one last time before its head becomes engulfed by the rough ocean waters. You have won. Victory!

The air around you is so cold, it makes it hard to breathe. Ragnarok continues its onslaught on your army. Ragnarok seems determined to protect Icepeake. What is making it so difficult to defeat Ragnarok is its thick glacial armor. It seems your weapons have little or no effect. Broken arrows and bent swords are strewn across the battlefield. Most of the army is stricken with severe frostbite. There must be a way to take down the glacial armor and find the elemental monster's soul stone.

You: "There must be a way to take down that glacial armor. Celesta would it be possible to concentrate your fire-based spells on Ragnarok?"

Celesta: "I can do my best but I doubt my spells by itself will be powerful enough to affect Ragnarok. However, if you can summon a greater phoenix, I may be able to channel the fire element within the magical creature and amplify the effect of my spell."

You: "It seems like its worth a try."

You close your eyes and do your best to block out the chilling wind blowing against your face. You focus in on the image of your greater phoenix. You call out to the phoenix from within your mind and try to form a connection between yourself and the magical creature. In an instant, a glowing warmth appears around you, instantly dispelling the cold atmosphere. The greater phoenix has appeared! The massive creature spreads its wings, which are about the length of six grown adult men, and lets out a great cry. It is quite a site to behold such a large and powerful magical creature.

You: "Thank you for coming my friend. Please lend me you power to help me defeat this elemental."

The greater phoenix squawks in agreement and lowers its head close to the ground. Celesta nods her head to affirm. She lightly places her hand on the phoenix's head and begins to whisper a magical incantation. You can feel the air around you get warmer and warmer. You would think that it would start to burn but it is a comforting and inviting sense of warmth. In a bright flash of light, the greater phoenix disappears. A wisp of smoke and the smell of sulfur remains in the air. A tiny phoenix the size of a large common cat flaps its wings in the place where the majestic phoenix was just moments ago. You turn your vision towards Celesta and see a burning energy emanating from her eyes. You step back and brace yourself.

Celesta again begins to murmur a magical incantation, and in an instant, a searing fireball leaves her hands and flies towards Ragnarok. The fireball hits Ragnarok square in the chest and the elemental roars in great pain and anguish. From the point of impact there is a large crater within its glacial armor. From that crater you can see large fissures open up. It seems like multiple avalanches are starting all over Ragnarok's body. The elemental continues to roar in pain. Sheets of ice start to fall towards the ground from the elemental's body and your men run for cover to avoid being crushed by the massive bodies of ice.

There it is! You see it! The elemental's soul stone is located on its forehead. However, there does not seem to be much time. It seems like the glacial armor is starting to reform. You grab a bow and arrow from your closest soldier and take aim. Celesta snaps her fingers and the arrow becomes lit with a flame. You steady your breath and pull the arrow back. You let it fly! The arrows cuts through the cold air. A direct hit to the elemental's soul stone!

Ragnarok unleashes a deafening roar. Sheets of ice begin to fall into the frigid ocean waters below. Ragnarok begins to sink into the watery depths and in an instant Ragnarok is gone.

You let out a deep sigh and you see your breath condense into a small cloud. You suddenly feel a small weight on your shoulder. Its the reincarnated phoenix, now in its smaller form. It lets out a small chirp and you crack with a small smile in return.
