Akihiko Icaru is the head of Cocoon City's Council. He serves alongside Kaden's mother in serving the city to their utmost ability. Akihiko wears a green necklace, a memento of a sorts. It serves him as a magic reserve so that when the magic in his blood and veins runs out, he still has some in the necklace. Akihiko is talented, mastering a range of weapons, he is powerful which is how he was voted to head the Council. [WIP]
