The black market is at the very edge of the city disguised as a mere apartment building.Not really disguised since you CAN rent rooms there.In a small corner of the room a man in a suit with sunglasses sleeps the day away as if nothing were wrong about owning the biggest black market in the city.

Williams went up the stairs to the secret merchant's apartment. As he approached the door, he was getting ready to knock but the door was already a bit open, so Williams went on in. He saw a man in a suit and sunglasses.
"Hello? I need someone to make custom ammo for me for this gun I have here. They don't make them anymore, so I need you to make it for me if you can..." told Williams to the man in black.

"For that thing?Yeah,I can make it.But as a first-time customer you have to sign this paper saying you will do nothing in your power to shut us down nor will you reveal our location."He said with his eyes closed."And once you've done that,you will be granted this HUD display for on-the go shipments.We are not responsible for any back-fires or explosions that happen to you or your gun.I'll alert you when the ammo's finished,until then have a look around."he put a paper and a HUD display unit on the table and went to the back.

William looked over and read the document while inspecting the HUD.
"Hmmm, seems simple enough." He said as he signed the papers and put the HUD in his shoulder pack.
"I'll be back soon to get my ammo."
He left out the building and went out into the city to visit everything.
