(( Up to you. <3 I don't mind either way. ))
"Kay, kay!" Corrine squeaked happily before dashing after her brothers. "We has ta gets Willah and da others foods too!" She added with a giggle as she stepped outside. Maybe she'd find a big bright froggie! That'd be great, especially if she was a really, really pretty froggie.
Willow laughed before following the others outside. "I wonder what Mersi and Kincaid will think of this frog expedition when they get back?" She asked with a grin as her tail curled up in amusement. Good thing it was good weather today as well. Her gaze went to the barely cloudy sky, besides that everything was bright and clear.

**We can leave them out for now them. Probably will help this move along quicker, and then you can post Kincaid returning whenever you're ready <3 **
Terrie's cheeks pinkened ever so slighty as she giggled. "Depending on how many those three are able to catch, they won't be very fond of pet frogs at all. It's enough work with three children, but then add frogs to the mix? Ones that will probably get loose at least once a week." She sighed softly. "We didn't allow pets when she and her brothers were children. An injured animal would come along from time to time, but they were released as soon as they healed."
With Willah in one hand and the box in the other, Gabriel headed straight to where he had found his precious new pet. "Here we go Willah! Like this stuff?" He sat in the muck and started scooping up the dirt and sand mix that followed the little creek and dumping it into the box. Then he patted it flat. "What now Willah? Some plants?"
Wyatt scurried to the creek, staying a few feet from his brother. Hopefully Gabriel hadn't scared the other frogs away already. He stalked slowly along the creek, gold eyes wide and alert for movement. Unfortunately, that meant he pounced at anything that moved. Soon enough, he was tired of grasshoppers, pill bugs, worms, snails, and the leech that had caught his hand when he went after movement in the water. He was never going to catch a frog!

(( Alright. :3 Sorry about the slow posts too. ^^;;; I've been a bit out of it due to some things. <3 But I'm trying to get back on my feet. ))
"Oh, I wish I could be there for that." Willow peeked at Terrie with a mischievous wink before pausing thoughtful about the pet comment. "Ah, Reisa loved to heal injured animals herself as a child. Though we didn't let the others have many pets at all after a few....things happened with Kincaid." Flushing lightly the cattaur didn't comment on the exact things. Better keep the 'mad scientist' part of Kincaid hidden there.
"Betta get some plants." Corrine giggled at Gabriel before joining Wyatt by the creek. "We gotta be patent." She whispered before squatting down in the water and gave a funny stare. Soon...something would come to her right?
Watching her grandchildren made Willow shake her head. "Oh my. I wonder if they will catch any frogs that way?" She whispered thoughtfully as she observed. Maybe Kincaid and Mersi wouldn't have to worry after all about frogs. Then again, Willow smiled. Persistence did always seem to work out. Especially since she spotted a frog hopping towards the creek.

**hope whatever you're going through smooths out soon!**
Terrie let her head fall back with a laugh. "I wouldn't." Admitably curious about the 'things' with Kincaid, perhaps a childhood trauma?, she was also curious about the family Mersi was getting herself into. "So Kincaid and Reisa. Any other children?" She watched the children hunt and gather in amusement. She was thinking along the same lines as Willow.
With a couple leafy plants in the box, and one big leaf for a bed, Gabriel started looking for bugs. "Gramma Willow? What do froggies eat?" He picked up a worm and sniffed at it, head cocking curiously.
Wyatt glanced over at Corrine. "How long do we hafta wait?" He asked with a sigh. With a yip, he pounced at another moving critter. "Gotchya!" Tail flicking excitedly, he peeked under his hands. His tail slumped quickly. "Aww... nevermind." He sighed, revealing yet another bug.

Thank you. <3
Willow smiled happily at Terrie and nodded, "Yes. I have two others. Reisa and Kenji are my oldest two while Kincaid and Tatanya are my youngest." She flushed lightly, "But I do have adopted children. Armaeo is my oldest of the bunch, while Zain and Clea come next before Raphael and my blood children."
She purred happily as she thought about the family that had suddenly blossomed into something so huge. "I'm a grandmother all over because of that." That was right, Clea had her babies while Zain had been the first to settle down with Rani. Jeez, that made her really feel old to remember that Kiran her first grandson was already an adult!
"Umms, for a bit?" Corrine shrugged. She didn't chase frogs so how would she know? The thought made her giggle, "Aww, Wyatt. We gets them yet." She nodded before grinning, "Maybe we can talk them out of hidin'."
"Insects of course, Gabriel." But Willow frowned as she thought about her grandson's question, "Mostly flies I think. Maybe beetles?" Hmm...she really didn't know too much about frogs either it seemed.

Terrie looked at Willow with wide and impressed eyes. "That's... seven! At least they were not all at once!" Chuckling, she looked over the frog hunting brood. "They are my first grandchildren. I'm hoping more come though from Mersi's brother... Brothers." Her face lined slightly at the thought of her missing son who had left as a teen for adventure and she had yet to hear a tale or see hair of him.
Gabriel grinned happily at Willow. "Of course! I knew that!" Nodding, he discarded the worm to the side and set to looking for beetles. "What kind you like Willah?"
Wyatt perked up at Corrine's suggestion. "Can froggies talk?" He toddled back to the creek, peering into the shallow water and started cooing softly to it. "Helloooo? Froggieeees, come play. Hellooooo."

Willow laughed at Terrie's surprise, "Yes, thankfully. If I had all of them at once then I don't know." She purred, "Talk about a mess that would be! But I do love them all though most have gone out and already gotten their own families." She sighed at the thought of her once kits now as adults. "Oh? I wish them luck then." She smiled, "Children are such a blessing to our lives after all."
"Why not?" Corrine frowned before calling out after the froggies as well, "We wanna play wit you~" She sung out before pouncing after something that had hoped away from the water. "Eeeeh! Wyatt there it goes!" She laughed as she slipped in the water and the frog started hopping away.
Willow smiled at Gabriel, "Of course." She replied lightly before watching him and the other two with an amused grin. Though she did reach out in concern after Corrine, but pulled her hand back once she saw that her granddaughter wasn't hurt just wet.

Terrie smiled, nodding. "Yes, such a blessing. I remember how frightened I was at first at the thought of children." She laughed softly. That seemed so long ago that her three had been born.
Wyatt looked up, ears perking like radar sensors. "Get it Corri!" He yelped, jumping after the poor frog when his sister missed. "Come on froggie. We won't hurt ya." When he jumped over to get in front of the frog, the poor thing froze fearfully for a second, and Wyatt easily grabbed it up. "Got it!" He called out, holding the frog carefully in both hands and petting it soothingly with a thumb. "Whatchya wanna name him Corri?"
Beetles abounded in nature, so Gabriel found plenty to toss into the bucket for the frogs. Her looked up happily when Wyatt called out. "Hear that Willah? You're gettin' a friend!"

"Ah." Willow smiled at Terrie, "I'm sure most first time mothers feel the same way, but once they're here...well minds change quickly." She purred lightly as she remembered her first adoption and then her first birth. At the time both events were shaky and definitely scary for her but once it was over - well everything was worth it in the end.
"Yay!" Corrine clappped happily as Wyatt caught the froggie, "Name it?" She stuck out her tongue thoughtfully, "Well if Gab named his afta Gramma Willow, what about namin' this one after Gramma Terrie? We coulds call 'im Ree!"
"Oh my." Willow smiled as she watched her grandchildren. Hopefully for Mersi and Kincaid's sake, Ree would be the last frog they would find today.

Terrie laughed softly. "They certainly do. I know Mersi was terrified when she found out about these three..." She cocked her head thoughtfully. "I also know that now, she wouldn't trade them for the world." Her eyes crinkled with laughter when she heard her own name graced to a frog. "At least they're out of grandmothers to name frogs after."
Wyatt held up the frog, squinted at it, then nodded with a large smile. "Yep! Ree!" Flicking his ears at Terrie, he looked worridly at Corrine. "Should we catch 'em for Grandpa Em'is an' Grandpa Ra-feel?"
Gabriel, thinking his box was just about done, carried it to his grandmothers for inspection. "We jus' need water now!" He said proudly, holding up Willah. "He wants to take a nap, so it needs to be done soon." At that, a soft yawn slipped through his mouth. "...Willah needs a nap."
