Last summer my sister was diagnosed with Manic Bipolar Depression, and ever since then I've been having EXTREME anxiety over anything and everything...any suggestions??

Music, drawing, and writing always helps me feel better when I get depressed. :3 (and walking as well, like what Great Goddess Gardinia said. :3 (it's actually a proven fact that walking helps with depression. 3nodding ))

Exercise helps release some chemical in the brain that improves your mood. 3nodding Art also helps.

My friend is not bipolar, but she has bad anxiety. It's really annoying, too.
She was looking for her key this morning before heading to school. She was screaming "s**t" and "EFF MY LIFE!"
Over ******** keys.
She freaks out when she gets a C on a quiz, and whines, "OOOOOOOOOOOOOH"
It's really ******** ANNOYING.

i am also a very anxietal person..whenever i go on my dads boat on the lake,you see the place where you un-load the boat in the water is about 30 feet or less away from the dam, i freak out every time.. lol the dock is so close to the dam ( in my opinion anyways.. ) and roller coasters too..what if it just broke and fell in the middle of the ride? anyways..i deal with anxiety too and its not easy but you can overcome your anxiety. I am still trying everyday and,even though it takes a long time and i'm talking years.
