Apologies for the late contribution. I've been rather busy lately.
Username: The Willow Of Darkness.
Author: James
Preferred genre: Hard to say. I generally like complex and character driven stories best, which tend to occur across the genres.
Favourite story: I don't think I've really read anything that has stood out as an absolute favourite. Lots of books I've really liked, but nothing that has made me go: "Wow this is the best thing ever."
Favourite author: Hmmm, tricky one, there are, even with my rather limited reading, quite a few writers who I like. If are we talking the writer who's works have had the most impact on me and I regard as my favourite, it would be Joss Whedon, but he is not really an author in the traditional sense. If we are limited to books, I don't think there has really been anyone who has stood out has an absolute favourite, so you could properly take your pick of Terry Pratchett, Jane Austen, Patrick O'Brien, and probably a few I've forgotten.
Quote: "Angel: Well, I guess I kinda worked it out. If there's no great glorious end to all this, if nothing we do matters... , then all that matters is what we do. 'Cause that's all there is. What we do. Now. Today. I fought for so long, for redemption, for a reward, and finally just to beat the other guy, but I never got it.
Kate Lockley: And now you do?
Angel: Not all of it. All I wanna do is help. I wanna help because, I don't think people should suffer as they do. Because, if there's no bigger meaning, then the smallest act of kindness is the greatest thing in the world. ”- Angel the Series
Works: Unfortunately none at the present time, as result of both my only getting interested in writing creatively about a year ago and my tendency to procrastinate.
Critisism Policy: I've got no aversion to criticism. Feel free to rip into my work as hard as you want(if I ever actually post anything).
Bio: A 19 year old in the final year of school who has had a throughly dull, unexciting, stable middle class existence. Spends spare time between being an ED reg, learning leg-spin bowling, procrastinating, and sometimes, when he manages to break free of his rather annoying, immeasurable procrastination, practicing his recently found interests of drawing and writing. Is also rather interested in humans, our place in existence, and what we should do here: has a bit if an interest in philosophy.
