Melodii Maven yawned softly as she skipped into her cabin. So far, she was one of the few children of Nemesis, but Melodii didn't mind. She found the silence somewhat comforting. She ran a hand through her hair and sighed softly. Blinking her purple eyes, Melodii fingered her necklace before she decided to leave. She dropped her duffel bag and walked outside into the fresh, warm light.

Melodii walked into her cabin. Well, it was more like an ever-cheerful skipping. She walked into her cabin and put a finger to her chin. "Hm...How about a few paintings?" she asked herself. Melodii shrugged and walked over to her bed. She dug around in her duffel bag for a moment before bringing out a large painting of what her mother's current form was. The painting was of a woman wearing an indigo pepola and a wreath of golden thorns. Her hair was in a lovely mass of golden curls atop her head and her eyes were medium purple. Melodii easily found a place for it, and hung the picture for all to see. If you squinted really hard, you could see worlds written down Nemisis' arm. In Ancient Greek, the text read 'For the children who have been lost with time and anger that has been bound with soul, tip the scales in the favorite of right or wrong, however it maybe perceived.' Melodii has been the only camper in the Nemesis cabin, and she hadn't figured out the second meaning of the message. The first one was easy. For all Nemesis' children it meant , Forgive me as I have forgiven myself'. The second half though, was much harder. Melodii sighed and resolved on asking one of the Athena campers about it later
