Personality: Lauren is somewhat quiet, preferring to wait for someone else to make a move before she does. She can be sarcastic and somewhat rude (though most pf the time she's very average. sometimes it just slips out), and her temper flares from time to time. She is very intelligent and can be smart-alecky. She stands up for susan, who's the quiet, shy type of person.
Written Appearance: Lauren is a little small for her age (5' 1"), and very slim. She has hard muscles from training at camp all year. Her dark purple eyes are set in a narrow face framed by thick, inky, black hair (most people think she's chinese.... they're close). She loves to wear tight jean kapris and tank tops with some kind of jacket or sweater on top. Often wears a black messenger bag. She does wear some makeup, mainly eyeliner and eyeshadow.
History: Lauren, like so many other half-bloods, had trouble at school (well, not with ehr grades, but actually listening to the teacher, sitting still in class and not blowing things up). At the age of ten, she ran away from home and made her way to Camp Half-Blood with the help of a satyr and Susan. Has been at camp ever since, though she ventures into the outside world without permission on regular occasions, and often has close calls with monters and counsellors. Often smuggles in things like coke.
Powers: Lauren if very fast, and silent. She can put people to sleep, can kill creatures of the underworld, and sense if someone is dying, shadow-travel [like teleportation, though only at night] and bend shadows around her to appear invisible [also only at night, or where there are shadows] and can manipulate stone. NOTE: all of these powers are still in development and make her very tired. For weapons she carries a Celestial Bronze knife, nealy long enough to be a sword, but more versatile, and one of Styngian Iron.
