Not mine, but my friend has a rogue and he was helping some newb guildies run Naxx10. He and the druid tank are the only ones left at 10%. at 8% rogue dies so the tank pops out of bear form, battle rezzes my friend, heals him all the way up, pops back into bear form and they finish the fight.
I wish I had some epic close calls but I don't have any that come to mind. Probably when I saw the last healer had died and at 4 health I popped my OH %*!@ macro. Last Stand/Shield Wall/Enraged Regeneration myself back up to shockwave Razorscale dead. It was fun.

Too lazy to go looking for the video of it, but a guild on my server back in vanilla wow days was in Naxx, 39 people dead and 1 rogue left standing at half health, and the boss was at 1% went batshit crazy on the boss and killed it, just before the rogue was about to die.

I haven't done many raids, but one time in HoR when it first came out our druid healer got one shot killed by Marwyn as soon as he came out. I was on my Spriest and pretty much had to keep switching from dps to heals and keep an eye on my mana. I eventually ran outta mana and everyone but me and the rogue was dead. I got shadowfiend back, but not before the rogue died. I ended up killing him, but nearly died myself.
Same thing happened again with a different group, but that time Marwyn survived with like 300HP. That was such a bummer. lol

So I Was Thinking....
My most memorable close call was actually in PreBC also.
We were trying too down Twin Emps in AQ40, We had both down too 10% and 5 of our healers DC'd.
Long story short we downed them with 3 people still alive.
Ok Maybe I Wasn't.

Well, back last year, when I was still raiding, we were doing 25-man Emalon - when Emalon was still relevant gear-wise - and I guess we were close enough to downing the boss that when he did his overcharge thing, half the DPS stayed on the boss and half tried and failed to take down the add. So a bunch of people die, I think it's a wipe, but I wanna see how close we are with ten people still alive.
The boss is at 200k and dropping fast. So I hit my reincarnate and start pounding the boss with as many spells as I can throw at it. I die again, the boss goes down, one shammy left alive who may have actually reincarnated after the boss had gone down.

not a raid, but when Magister's Terrace first came out i was running a pug through it with two pallies. at the final bat with Kael everyone but the two of them(one was tank, the other ret) were all that's left and they ended up killing him with one pally left and about 500 health. it was rather epic in my book seeing as how none of us knew what we were doing/had good gear

not a raid and i also don't remember which 5-man it was, but once, everyone died just before the boss died but before it reset, a DoT ticked and killed it.

Not a raid, but it was back when in early Wrath endgame, before everyone had insane GS, and it was hard to get a group in better gear than quest blues. Anyways, Oculus run, and we're on the second boss, so I stop to explain the whole thing (I was a Death Knight tank, Frost,) then pull.
..yeah, nobody listened. Everyone stood in the lightning and died. So I popped IBF, raised somebody as a ghoul, popped unbreakable armor, and pretty much solo'd the boss down from 70%. He doesn't really do much/any damage if you avoid his crap, so it wasn't HARD so much as it was... Umm.. Extensive. I think I popped a potion and lifeblood too.
That victory called for a party-round teabag, followed by /train.

Our first Festergut kill. We had him down to .5% when he enraged. All dots were up. Our two paladins bubbled and held him until the dots finished him off. It was awesome.

When The Curator was a hard fight, our group had forgotten he enraged at 15%. As the tank I got one-shotted by his omgfistsofpunchyourheadoff attack(I was solo tanking the instance so we would have more DPS), our Enhancement shaman threw on a shield, screamed for heals, and tanked him the last bit down of his enrage. It was ridiculously terrifying~!

when i say this i s**t you not,in 10m uldy we were on razorscale,the fight took us literally an hour,and both of our tanks and 3 of the healers came out with 1hp on tanks and 1mp on healers...still dont know how we beat her..

Naxx 10 on Heigan whole group died except for I think Lock and maybe a healer. They kept at and actually downed him. Some of us kinda failed with that dance thing. @_@ Me included. crying
