no team wants to pick first in the draft any more.
they try to trade down, but nobody else is willing to trade up.
this is because the first couple picks are always way overpriced.
yet rather than waste the pick, the team usually comes to terms with the greedy agent
and often the guy is a bust like Jamarcus Russell
