I've began to think about dieting and working out, i'm nearing 300lbs and wanna lower that number
but what diets are good? really all i need is one i can follow, and it is worth noting i'm addicted to noodles, so i know thats where it mostly comes from.
i've heard about weight watcher but does that cost? any info is beneficial

the best way to loose weight is just eat healthier... switch all your bread to whole wheat and try avoiding any food with high fructose corn syrup
[Sorry for editing your post, but I have to disagree. Many people eat healthy and still continue to gain weight. [I know this from personal experience.] Before you go out and state something like that, you should provide the source of your information. c: Thanks!
