This is a serial part game. I'm going to make a list of popular figures who go up against one another, and you debate the topic and see who'd come out on top. Might use points, open to suggestions on point charting.
Two groups, two discussions. One thread. I'm hoping this will be fun, if not downright entertaining. Let me know if it gets too crowded for two topics.

First group:
Tyler Durden/Narrator VS. Patrick Bateman
Tyler Durden and the Narrator are a dynamic duo with low aspirations of life and a tendency to veer towards the violent. They live in a shoddy house after burning down their apartment, and take things to the next level. Weapons: Fists, practical philosophy.
Patrick Bateman is a modern day serial killer with pop culture on the mind. He lives a very clean, updated life where his success on Wall Street creates a bubble from which he needs to escape nightly by killing. Weapons: Axe, chainsaw, popular culture references, modern design.
So the question is: Who would win in a fight?

Second group:
Sarah Connor VS. Ripley
Sarah Connor is a tough, self-taught machine hater with a penchant for raising a son to be as much an a**-kicker as she. She fights machines with her entire soul and has plans to destroy the mechanical menace bent on destroying the human race. Weapons: Body, guns, homemade bombs.
Ripley is a natural survivor. Her enemy: Aliens. Not so friendly with machines, she is more prone to militaristic fighting style to keep herself, and everyone else in her vicinity, alive. Weapons: Stealth, guns, military grade bombs.
So the question is: Who would win in a fight?

I might as well start. . .
I'm pretty sure Patrick Bateman would win in a fight against Tyler Durden, though I personally love Tyler more, I think his submissive reactions to Lou would be less successful against a serial killer.

Yeah, Patrick would so totally win on that one. But he might turn into a whimpering idiot if Tyler shares the Narrator's old apartment catalog. It might undo him.

As for Ripley and Sarah, I'd have to go with Sarah personally. She's tough as nails, and doesn't fall asleep in between movies. When others are in Cryo, she's pumping up in the middle of an insane asylum.
