Okay I'm going to break everything down and we can go from there.

Shikai 1: How large is the dragon and how long does it last. Also what attack is done with it.

Shikai 2: How many blades and how long do they last. What attack is done with it.

Shikai 3: How long does this last and what attack is done with it.

List your ranked kido setting as well and then pm me when you have added everything that I have suggested.

You need to change your occupation from officer to soldier. You also need to include the ranked kido setting.
