FateElite HellfireSamurai FateElite  Look at how the topic got out of hand, which is good. ^^ Well, my thoughts, Zombies vs Vampires? Vampires because they can heal and have feline-like reflexes. Batman is my one and only favorite DC character and no any other else on DC. He tried to kill the entire Justice League once..... And yes, even Superman got scared. Bye, Bruce Wayne! T.T Welcome, Richard Grayson. Who watched the 1st Captain America movie? ^^ They did a good job there. Also, there's Avengers movie coming out... And Robert Downey Jr and Edward Norton are there. ^^
Dude I have only one question for you.....what the hell were you smoking when you watched the first Captain America movie !!!?? I love Cap and the comics and realise that the movies tend to alter things but even with that said that first Cap movie was god awful. Same as the original Punisher movie was until they made a new one with Thomas Jane. This new Cap movie better steer well clear of the old one. Plus it needs released on or around July 4th for that extra impact.
LOL! I'm smoking milk when I watched it. ^^ Well, if you watch it now it would probably suck and I guess it depends on your age because it's appealing to kids at that time. I think that movie is older than me. @.@ Oh... I meant the 2nd movie.... Not the 1st one which is black and white. ^^ Not all superhero movies suck.... The Dark Knight is one for example. Anyways, do you remember the title of comic book when Batman tries to kill the Justice League? I'm still finding it. ^^I haven't had the chance to watch the original black and white serials yet .I was refering to the color one. It came out on December 14, 1990. I was 5. I didn't see it till I was at least 10 when I rented it from the library and at that point I was a massive comic fan. And I'm sorry to tell you but it sucked major balls. Even to a 10 year old. The only thing they got right was the spandex suit and shield. They pretty much changed everything else. Horrible. Plus how is it appealling to kids when it was bashed by critics for the opening sequence being in Itallian with subtitles and a slaughter going on with machine gun fire? At that point in time that was no way appropriate for kids as far as censors were concerned. Nowadays no big deal but back in the early 90's it was a no-no. Plus they made Cap come off as week and as a major jerk. Not exactly the best way to portray the man who wears the flag and is suppossed to be the protector of the American Dream. Thankfully though Marvel has corrected it's bad comic movie ways and is now on par with DC when it comes to comic movies which is saying quite a bit since the only truly sucky DC based movie was Batman & Robin. But that was due to bad casting and certain horrible lines of dialogue such as Arnie as Mr. Freeze saying " You ain't sending me back to da cooler !! ". Although Marvel did have that bad line in Ghost Rider with Cage as Johnny Blaze saying " It's ok. My head feels like it's on fire but it's all good. " Such lame puns have no place in the movies. As for the story you're looking for I don't recall Batman ever trying to kill the Justice League. I do remember Ra's Al Ghul getting a hold of Batman's secret counter measures that he came up with in case any or all of the league ever went rogue. Basically Ra's uses all of Batman's secret plans and nearly kills the whole league in one swoop. That story is in the JLA : Tower of Babel arc from back in the 90's.

I actually like it since it was suppossed to be campy since the comics at that time when the series the movie was from came out were campy and kid friendly. The Batman and Robin I mean had Clooney as Batman ( horrible choice, they should have kept Kilmer ) and Arnie as Freeze. There is an actual interveiw/ press conference type thing where Clooney actually apologized to fans for his horrible perfomance as Bats and for ruining the franchise at that time. You can't kill all of DC. You gotta leave all of the Batman family alive ( even Damien - at least for now. Plus bring back Alfred - damn crazy murdering Batman clone is gonna get his butt handed to him soon for offing poor ol' Al'. ) , plus the GL Corps ( don't mess with my GL fix * as I look at my Lantern Ring on my finger. Best piece of comic jewlery EVER !! * ) and as long as I got Superboy then I can deal with Supes taking a major backseat in the DCU for awhile. Plus Bruce AIN'T dead. He was just displaced in time. Darkseid's Omega Beam gives the appearance of death since it leaves a corpse but in actuality it forces the victim to relive a whole buch of lifetimes over and over. Bruce's journey back to our time will be shown here soon in an upcoming mini-series. We'll be seeing caveman style Batman, Pirate Bats and more as he travels through time back to the present. I don't even know Adam West. @.@ First Batman movie I saw is with Micheal Keaton. Yeah it's the George Clooney one. Take a look at this...It's short though. I never noticed it the 1st time I saw it but when HBO aired it, I laughed. LOL! Ryan Reynolds? I don't think he'll be available because he's Deadpool. ^^ Did Alfred died? @.@ Oh wow.... Bruce is not dead yet.... Then again he's 50+ already. LOL! Ah... So that's why I saw a medieval Batman on dA. I like Pirate Bats. ^^

As for Y : The Last man I've tried to read it before but it just didn't peek my interest enough. I prefer dark gritty characters like Bats, Daredevil and The Darkness. Plus I can relate to The Darkness in the fact that just like him I currently ain't gettin' it on with any fine ladies either. rofl crying Uhm... I never saw that Adam West one. I don't even know Adam West. @.@ First Batman movie I saw is with Micheal Keaton. Yeah it's the George Clooney one. Take a look at this...It's short though. I never noticed it the 1st time I saw it but when HBO aired it, I laughed. LOL! Ryan Reynolds? I don't think he'll be available because he's Deadpool. ^^ Did Alfred died? @.@ Oh wow.... Bruce is not dead yet.... Then again he's 50+ already. LOL! Ah... So that's why I saw a medieval Batman on dA. I like Pirate Bats. ^^ Ryan Reynolds has already been cast as Hal Jordan. Blake Lively is cast as Carol Ferris. Mark Strong is cast as Sinestro and Peter Sarsgaard is cast as Hector hammond . Shooting is supposed to begin soon as they've already got a script that's been green lighted. A bunch of fans were pissed when Reynolds was cast because of the fact that he's suppossed to be in the Deadpool movie. He'll still be playing Deadpool but as of right now the Deadpool movie doesn't even have a script let alone any other cast members yet. So basically Green Lantern will be done shooting if not in the theaters before Deadpool even goes into preproduction. Alfred was just killed in the last issue of Batman and Robin. Suffice it to say if Alfred ain't back among the living before Bruce is back I can easily see d**k getting his butt kicked by both Bruce and Tim for resurecting the clone with a Lazarus Pit ( Bruce hates the things and d**k had already chastised Tim when he considered doing it to revive his Dad so righ now d**k is looking pretty damn bad for going against his earlier statements about not using the pits to disrupt the natural cycle of life and death. ).
