I bought shibuya not long ago for around 2.5 mil but i got bored with it and made a new avi with the sword Gaia tan has.So im trying to get a bit more of a profit out of it (cause i like some of the new rig items) but it seems to sell slow and i don't want gaia tan to inflated a lot when i finally sold shibuya.So should i just sell shibuya for a bit less or just wait a bit more?

It all depends on how much profit your trying to make out of the Shibuya, if you can be satisfied with the return now, then sell now. If not, try and wait a bit.

People that are trying to sell there's haven't sold them at all even the one's that are lower from the average buy price still i keep thinking of waiting a bit more i might make a lot more gold from it.

If you don't need the gold right now, it sounds like waiting would be the better option. If you do need it right now, you will probably have to take less than you'd like.
