The law legally states, that if ever a man has sex with a woman without consent. (This means even if she says no and doesn't fight back,) then it is rape.
So, when exactly would we need to use any of the tips, Especially since we don't exactly know how or when the attacker will attack?
Rape isn't exactly predictable.

Yeah. It could happen at any given moment. And you don't always have time to react.
