Hey guys I am just wondering, i have an older computer and dont know how smart it would be if i got all the wow games and downloaded them if my connection to playing would still be kinda fast with not many lags at all.
I am trying out the wow trail for 10 days and it pauses alot so i dont know how well it will work with the acctual game.

Any info would be nice thanks for your time!

go to "Can you run it" and put the drop down to "World of warcraft: wrath fo the lich king" and click "RUN" and it will compare your computers specs to the wow requirements.

i have a old computer and i play WoW fine. it might be your internet connection too which causing the pausing. you might have latency issues. i now mine does that when i go to Lagaran and in 25man raids but other than that im usually fine and i know its my internet connection that is causing it cause i wasn't having problems till my connection started having problems.

idk if you plan on playing wow and only wow, or playing wow alot like to a hardcore level, investing in a good computer would be wise. I buy new parts for my PC's every few years, but when i do it's bangin, Ultra Settings No lag, 20 latency and 60 FPS in a full 25 man raid, it's always nice to enjoy the game to it's fullest.

Alienware is outting out their new laptop model, the M11x. It's going to be under 1k and a 11 inch-ish size screen, but the power of the hardware is good enought to run Modern Warfare 2 on full settings 35FPS, very impressive. A wise investment possibly.
