ふつう・日本語はなす・少しかんじだ。えいごが話さないで。
ふつう・にほんごはなす・すこしかんじだ。えいごがはなさないで。
If I wrote that right, it should say:
Normal ・ speaking Japanese ・ a little kanji. Don't speak English.
This is the normal section of the guild.
Do not use romaji. You can use a bit of kanji, but try not to go too far. There are some common kanji that most of us will probably see on a regular basis and get used to even if we didn't properly learn those kanji yet. For example, 日本語 (にほんご, "Japanese language") or 勉強 (べんきょう, "study"). Try to mostly just use grade 1-3 kanji if you can, though.

List of grade 2 kanji: http://japanese.about.com/library/blkodgrade2.htm
List of grade 3 kanji: http://japanese.about.com/library/blkodgrade3.htm
NOTE: This website has inaccurate readings for the kanji. Their list is good, but please use other sources to learn the readings and meanings for the kanji.
Try not to speak on a very advanced level. I encourage you to use words and compounds with the grade 1/2/3 kanji or with some other common kanji.
You can include furigana if you feel the kanji you're writing might be a bit hard for people to read, but you don't have to if you don't feel like it.
Don't speak in English at all. You can write English words in katakana. You can even write entire English sentences in katakana if you're really stumped, but please try to avoid that. Remember, we're here to practise Japanese.
Japanese conversation - beyond weeaboos ・ ダンノの日本語組
Practise your Japanese with other people who are learning. Weeaboos who just know "hai" and "kawaii" not welcome.
