Congress wants a tax for those in the music biz (independent included) to pay a tax to have their song played on the radio and MTV. not a good idea. think about the jobs that can be lost from radio stations to music business..and the forgin companies like Sony for example that will make money off this..where we'll get poorer and poorer..and let's not forget that indie music as we know it will be lost forever.
