They scare me too.
But I also find it amusing to tell women to get back to the kitchen which was gotten me some dirty looks.
So that may be why.

I didn't even watch the porn and I'm scarred by it.
I was just looking at pictures.
WHY, GOD.

I feel like I need to do a picture on Hansel and Gretel but reverse the roles.
Have a big muscley Hansel and a little scrawny Gretel.

I have never thought of Little Red Riding Hood in a sexual manner.
But reading that now....
I'm actually seeing in a way some of the interpretations.
Though the sun cycle one seems to be stretching.

I feel like I should write movies directed towards males.
I don't know why but it's almost like a calling.
(It seems like something you don't need a lot of talent for but I'd be successful doing it.)
I can see how a well placed explosion and boobies anywhere would attract heterosexual men to a theatre.

Should I be worried that I recognized Ron Jeremy?
I don't watch porn but the fact that I recognized one right off the bat seems odd to me.

lol, nah, Zizzy, you're fine. So what if you know a porno man's name? Lots of porn watchers probably wouldn't have even noticed the name until you said it was a porn man.
(Not that I would know anything about those types of flicks! I'm a... *grimaces while lying* goooood girl *pukes* ;P)

rofl
There are sickos out there. I mean, there are people who get off on the 2girls1cup video burning_eyes
I... hate horror flicks altogether, so the idea of gore and sex = GAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!! wahmbulance

You also notice that there's discrimination for gay men and women in movies, too. Gay men mainly appear as silly little girly men in the chick flicks, whereas gay women are just everywhere in more "masculine" movies. And they are all trampy little things that'll do anyone when in the mood. *and, dammit, I'm gay but I don't look a thing like the lesbians in the movies... crying It really brings me down whenever I see that sort of thing.*

I've been thinking about the whole dark comedy thing, and I think Cuteness is ok in them... depending on the level. Vampire Doll (the manga) for example. It's humorous, there's gothic, non-shiny vampires, but there's a lot of feminine girly girlyness in there. But it's a funny comic.

DO IT. It will give you an excuse to draw something, and it will probably be kind of silly.

Nope. He's one of the more famous porn stars.

Okay, Black.
If you say so.
*scoots away*

What?
Not all gay men are silly little girly men?
And not all lesbians are either whoreish tramps or dykes!?
MOVIES HAVE LIED TO ME.

..
....
Sorry.
Stereotypes crack me up because it seems so rarely are they true.
I'm Asian and I may be good at simple math but I am in no way a mathematical genius.
I'm also half-Irish (just found out the other day that my dad was basically 100% Irish. lolwut) and though I do have a fiery temper I am very slow to anger, I also lack red hair.
Movies are so silly don't let them bring you down.
Really.

I've heard of Vampire Doll.
It didn't really seem that dark to me though. :/

AND I'LL DRAW IT DORNKUS.
I just need to print a reference picture of a really muscular guy.
That'd be great for my mom to find.
And it'll be very silly.

Did you like it, DT?

lol, i'm not that bad. xp
I know, it's terrible isn't it? We simply can't trust anything in those movies anymore!!!
Again, I live in the country, and so the words redneck and hillbilly stick out all the time on shows.
As for bloodlines: I've German, Irish, and Cherokee Indian blood. So, in other words, I'm a peace-pipe smoking, beer drinking, white man hater *At least where movies come in.*
There's stereotypes for everyone and everything nowadays, it's insane.
Perhaps Vampire Doll wasn't the best choice, since, yeah, not really dark. I just happened to be looking at one of the volumes and it said "Horror/Comedy". But it really doesn't have any horror in it at all. confused

WHAT?
Not all people from the South are rednecks?
WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO?

And how could I have forgotten beer drinking?
I am a beer drinking genius lolololololol.
I'm still surprised I didn't realize sooner that my dad was like 100% Irish.
(If not 100% then well over 50%)
My great-grandmother's last name was Farrell for Christ's sake. xD
I feel dumb.
(But enough about my family.)

That was what I thought but I've never actually read it so I wasn't positive.
(I've skimmed through it and it looked cute but not something that really interested me)
Zombieland was horror/comedy but not real dark.
Well... as not dark as a zombie movie can be.

Stereotypes crack me up because it seems so rarely are they true.

Stereotypes usually come from some truth. Or hatred.

I think the whorish lesbian thing, however, is just another thing to attract men. It's the idea that Two Girls=Awesome (unless a cup is involved). Twice the girly parts, I suppose.

I'm also half-Irish (just found out the other day that my dad was basically 100% Irish. lolwut) and though I do have a fiery temper I am very slow to anger, I also lack red hair.

I'm mostly Irish. I've got a fiery temper, but I don't think it came from that.

The rest of me consists of German, Scottish, English, French, Cherokee, Spanish and possibly some Mexican. I say possibly Mexican because my ancestors traveled to Mexico, but I don't think they bred with the locals (I don't look Mexican, although I have met some people from Mexico who look like me). Quite the mix, but mostly Irish.

I have a Spanish last name, so I get the "You don't look Mexican" comment a lot. It's Spanish, you fools! Apparently I look Irish and slightly Spanish with a hint of Cherokee (in the cheek bones, I guess).

Anyway, I bolded that part of your comment because it helps fuel your other comment about how stereotypes are rarely true. Only about 5 to 10% of Ireland has red hair.

I'm gonna agree and disagree with this one. Because, yes, I agree, there are some truths to stereotypes. But most of those stereotypes that are true usually have some sort of scientific evidence to link up to it. Even so, it doesn't mean that everyone of a particular race and or something is like that.
To be nice to the directors, though, it's impossible to completely move away from stereotypes. Especially in things like autobiographies and the like. I mean, let's face it, if you have a neighbor that likes to walk around without her bra, chewin' tobacco and carrying a bottle of moonshine... well, she sounds like a redneck. If you talking about her in a biography, it's not like the writers saying, "lol, i hate countryfolks, so i'll just make up a redneck and make her so stupid and blah, blah, blah." He's telling it the way he or she say it.
But to be bad to directors, it seems like everything looks the same anymore: Smart Asians, stupid countryfolk, and girly men.
Sometimes I would like to see an Asian man walking around with a whiskey bottle in his hands. You know, something that hasn't been seen very much. xp

I'm well aware of that. My point was that stereotypes are usually there for a reason (even if it is part of a vast minority of the particular group), not that stereotypes are always accurate; that's far from my point. My apologies for the confusion.

But I'm curious. What did I say that would lead you to believe that I was saying that people of a certain group always act a certain way? Was it because of the comment that I replied to? Was it the way I worded it? Should I have been more specific? Should I stop listing questions? How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

It's all right. No harm was done. I just mistook what you said for something else.
