Ace cuts the hair with his blade and yawns "Well I could kill you two but this is getting me nowhere and seeing as Ren is thankfully finally dead I can now atleast get Skye who.....let me guess has been kidnapped by you two? Well I will follow you two to where she is and you can't outrun me or beat me so don't try." Ace thjen thinks in his mind "I can keep up with them but beating them both together would be more of a challenge..."

"Again with the false accusations. You really need to do more investigating before you go pointing fingers at potential kidnappers. We don't all just lay back and take the abuse," he drawled with a bored tone. In truth he was really getting tired of the state dogs sticking their noses in his business.

A twitch of a grin cracked the corner of the homunculus' face as he looked at the alchemist that rose to challenge him with flames. "Spoke too soon," he mentioned to Ace without much fervor. The fire licked at his skin, which hissed and singed the first layers away, but he healed it too quick to feel any pain.

"I guess there is still room for even me to be surprised," he murmured, only half believing it himself. He was never surprised. Not really anyway. The capacity to betray had been too deep in his being that he knew there was a small chance that even this trick did not work. However it did peek his interest in the girl. She had somehow managed to find a way to break out of the stone, to break away before the sight of the Gate within could hold her there.

Leaning a little closer to her crumpled form, Treachery grabbed her chin to face his eyes.

"Too late little Alchemist. I've died once already. Been there, done that."

He looked at Sloth, an empty expression filling him. "It is time. I think they've cooked enough." Lifting a hand, he snapped his fingers once.

As if on cue a moan crept along the cemetery. It was joined with a few others until the chorus of voices rose and deafened the living.

"You don't think this will distract me for long do you?" Ace says shooting a few of the creatures in the head "I will find your hideout and when I do I will take you out...all of you so until then be prepared." Ace then turns to Ren "I don't care about your health at the moment and for all I care you can die as you gave yourself to an enemy and betrayed your state by cooperating with them to achieve their goals. I Brigadier General condemn you to death for treason against the state." Ace turns to the creatures and starts to deal with them knowing he can deal with Ren later."

((Don't want you to get mad KBG but this makes it more fun and ads to help your character to get closer to her goal doesn't it? ^_^))

(ok, so my post here will seem a little disjointed. Merely cause I'm responding to each person accordingly. Hope it doesn't get confusing.)

Treachery watched as both alchemists began to panic and shoot their guns in every direction. It was rather amusing, really. They had no idea what came their way, or from where and yet they hoped to hit their targets with barrages of bullets and fire.

"I'm not hoping for a distraction. I want you to see what it is I do here. I wanted you to see my collection," he explained with an air of solemnity. As the state alchemist shot at a shadow he thought was moving, he found it was only a squirrel who chattered in fright and ran up the tree. "And for the record, I don't hide. So there is no hideout. There is only where I am now and where I'll be later," he stated blandly, his eyes reflecting a swirl of green and red from the fire and the trees.

Hearing the formal decree to the girl, Treachery smiled. Even the betrayer is never safe from being betrayed. He knew the feeling well. In a way, it was liberating. Somehow, he did not think she would agree. Maybe it was the fireballs she shot everywhere that gave it away.

Lightly, the boy grabbed Sloth's arm and pulled her off to the side, out of the way of the many bullets and the shrapnel of splintered wood and stone that flew from impact.

"That really will not help matters," he tried to tell them. But like most people, the alchemists didn't listen to him. And like most people, they would learn all too quickly their error.

The moaning stopped a moment later. Everything in the area became deathly silent. It was as if everyone held their breath, for fear of breaking the spell. No sign of what made the noise could be seen, but a heavy foreboding crept along the alchemists skins.

(wow. A bit long, that one. >.<)

Ren snapped her fingers that where aimed at Ace. "Rule 1 never tell your enemy your going to attack." She clapped her hand to the ground. Pulling out a large scythe she jump into the sky. She didn't care if she killed Ace or Ace killed her. After all she had bigger fish to kill right now. The head on approach was stupid, but it was all she had. She threw the scythe then snapped her fingers continuously. The scythe was metal and hide in the fire.

Ren landed in a bush to hide herself. She watched her fire and scythe. She wondered if it work or not, she had no plan still it was worth a shot. Speaking of shot she wondered if Ace died or not.

"Ren your better than this aren't you?" Ace says and starts to walk towards where Ren was last as spinning electrical orbs and ice shards floated around him. "So Ren when you saw the gate like me what did you lose other than your brother? I don't remember. Oh and Greed before you leave leave something to show me how I can find you guys. We need to finish our fight don't we?" Ace says grining

A groan escaped her pale lips as Skye roused from unconsciousness. Instantly pain wracked her, causing her to give another cry of pain. She curled up, causing her wounds to reopen and fresh blood to come out. Her head throbbed terribly, and she moved her hands to try and figure out why. She only found them to be restrained behind her, by what seemed to be rope. Not like that fact mattered, since she could still transmute it into something she could control. Still, it was better to get an idea of your surroundings before making any rash actions. Looking up, she noticed a very voluptuous woman watching her.

"Who are you and what do you want with me?" Skye spat out, not wanting to waste her time. She felt a bit light headed, and feared it was due to the loss of blood. I could go out any minute… better make this fast.
