Well, there it is, I'm already working on getting her nose to not look so flat and evening out her eyes a bit more. Shading will come later.
Am I missing anything else?

The fire photo overlay is a tad bit distracting from the art.
The connection between her face and her left ear is a tad weird, possibly because you don't have a thick enough neck for her. Anime/stylized people may have thinner necks because it looks more aesthetically pleasing, but with more realistically-drawn people, you need to keep the proportions similar to that of real life. Get a mirror and look at your own ear/jaw/neck connection. Notice how on a 3/4 view, the neck line is still very close to the jaw/ear connection.
