effort 20/20 ( good anatomy , good depth , nice coloring i can't expect more than that )
flow 10/10 ( even though its basy its still works all together )
originalety 4/10 ( dragon is too ideal you could make him more uniqe )
background 3/10 ( stone and dragon is your mid-ground , background comes after ,so all u have is shaded paper which is not good enough )

total 37/50

effort 18/20 ( not highest diffeculty or coloring so i gave u 9 for both )
flow 9/10 ( not perfect lines but its still very clear )
originalety 7/10 ( i undestand that you drawing creature from tale but i guess its your falt not to peek some creature that you could draw from your own vision, its still looks like normal bird i mean even though style is uniqe )
background 7/10 ( i kinda fell like everything is on one plane , background should be like behind bushes , but you put some effort in bushes and flowers and i like them )

total 41/50

effort 17/20 ( diffeculty 7 (without background) , coloring 10 for good shades )
flow 10/10 ( very easy to look at )
originalety 8/10 ( it looks something of your own rather than "real" nagas )
background 10/10 ( you the only one who did it right )

I think it was an unspoken rule that you could reuse arts you used in a different contest, but maybe you should have written it on the first page just in case?
