MateoMateo stood up and placed himself between Katie and Jeremiah. "Don't. Both of you just stop." He didn't want to see Katie get hurt, and although he was sure she could take care of herself he was taught to stand up for girls. And she's kind of really cute...he thought. "Jeremiah, how about instead of making things worse you just take a seat. Show us that Slytherin's aren't all bad." He then turned to Katie, "That wasn't nice, "He frowned, "Most slytherins might be bad but he's actually a good guy. He even helped out one of my housemates."

Mateo read the note, smiled then wrote back. No problem. I didn't want either of you to get in trouble. He really does seem like a good guy but has a kind of temper too. He doesn't hang out with the other Slytherins. By the way, my name is Mateo, I don't know if you heard me earlier. What's yours?

~Luna walked into the class keeping her head focused on her left leg as she slightly limped into the class and said to the teacher
"I just tripped in the hall... I don't need to go to the Hospital Wing or anything..."
she walked to the desk closest to the window and away from everyone and sat down, and mimicked the 'swish and flick' motion the teacher was doing with her Holly Phoenix Feather wand~

MateoCaptain? I thought first years weren't allowed to play? How did you manage that? I hope to make the team, I'd like to be seeker if I can. He slid the note back just as the professor was dismissing the class. "Finally," He said low enough for only Katie to hear, "I thought that class would never end!" He chuckled as he gathered his things.
