-Crew-
All crew have their own area which they are responsible for. They also have areas in which they are experts in. All crew are here to answer your questions and listen to your suggestions.
Jobs that need to be claimed, and there can and should be multiple people working on the same things, the stricked out jobs have been claimed by at least 2 crew members:

-Rules-
We're usually pretty relaxed when it comes to ooc and kidding around, but we are very serious when it comes to roleplaying and respecting the crew. We put these rules in place in order to keep the roleplaying moving along and keep everything fair. Please follow rules at all times. Failure to follow rules will result in a warning. After two warnings, you are then banned from the guild for good.
-Expectations-
1. Respect the Crew - The moderators of the guild work very hard to keep the guild active and in good running condition. If you have a problem with a crew's decision, please do not get upset or start an argument. It would be preferred that you speak to another crew member through PM about someone's actions/decisions. We do not like arguments sprouting up anywhere. And by PMing another crew member, they will be able to give you a second opinion on the situation.
2. Stay Active - If you fail to keep up with the roleplay or go inactive for an extended period of time, it can result in a ban. However, this is not a permanent ban the first time you go inactive. You are able to re-apply. If you're not sure if you are permanently banned or not, please ask the crew member that did the banning and they will explain. To avoid being banned for inactivity, leave a note in the absences thread. A prolonged indefinite leave of absence may also result in a ban.
3. Deleting Post - Do not delete posts. We as crew can view the time, date, and place of where you delete posts. We ask that no one delete posts since it is on grounds for cheating. Never delete a post in the roleplay. If you forgot to roll in a post, you can roll for it in your next post or merely make an ooc post with the roll stating that you forgot. People have been banned for deleting posts and we ask that it doesn't happen again. We will assume that you were cheating or attempting to god-modd, and you will be banned!
-Behavior-
Under the circumstances that you are removed from the guild, you must be aware of the following:
1. Your Character - Will be taken over by the crew. You lose the right to rolepaly your character the moment you are removed from the guild. The crew have the power to say what happens to your character now that you have left the guild.
2. Your Clan - If you owned a clan, that clan will also be donated to the guild. Any guild member is welcomed to take over in ownership and we do allow you to nominate a member in your clan to take over.
3. Your Techniques - Any original techniques that were approved by the captains to be used in the roleplay are now part of the technique list. They are now given up to the entire guild and anyone has the right to learn them.
Other
1. Follow the gaia TOS rules (as if you haven't heard this hundreds of times)
2. Absolutely no god-modding. Example:
Shinobi Anzu was having quite a terrible day. She got out of bed on the wrong side of the bed, tripped on her way to class, and couldn't understand a thing the instructor was trying to say. To her right, a classmate was making an irritating humming sound, so instead of putting up with it like she would on most days, she punched him in the face and knocked him out cold.....
In our guild, we use the d20 system to determine the outcome of many events, which means that we role dice to see what happens. If Anzu wanted to strike the classmate sitting next to her, she would have to make a "taijutsu roll" against her classmates "avoiding roll", which will be explained more in depth in other parts of the game system. In addition, she must meet the following rule if she wished to strike her classmate:
3. No player versus player battles until after each shinobi has reached level three, unless granted permission by a crew member.
This will allow us to teach you both the game system, making it so experienced d20 users can't take advantage over less experienced users.
4. Avoid posting blank posts. When doing various actions with your character, you may have to roll one or more die. When you do this, you are expected to make your roleplaying post at the same time. Some people tend to roll first and then edit their post with the roleplaying part at a later time. This can cause things to become confusing, as other roleplayers may be stuck waiting for you to edit your post. Please, if you end up posting a blank post, look at the other posts following yours, and make yours go along with them to keep things consistent.
