In this thread is where i will detail How Riverrun's New levelling System Works.

The Levelling System Will be Dependant on how well Known you are. Everybody begins life on Level One, an unknown person of little or no significance. There are 10 levels:

Level 1-Nobody
You are just another sucker trying to make it in the rat race. Nobody Knows or cares who you are.
Level 2-Insignificant
Throughout out all your trial and tribulations, the feeling of being insignificant is the norm.
Level 3- Notable
Being notable is the just the beginning of becoming somebody but it does not put your foot in the doorway of excellence.
Level 4- Acknowledged
You’re finally acknowledged for your hard work you have done thus far, but break from the following crowd and learn to become a leader.
Level 5- Distinguished
Becoming the cut above the rest makes you a distinguished being, but don't let it go to your head and inflate your ego.
Level 6- Eminent
It’s become eminent that you are one of the best at whatever you do, not the end of the line though improvements can surely be made.
Level 7- Well Known
So you have become well known among your people, but rise above and you can become well known throughout all.
Level 8- Conspicuous
Your medal of honours and accomplished goals has granted you to be known as one of the most conspicuous beings alive, but doesn't mean you are loved by others.
Level 9- Famed
Whether they call your name in the streets, or cower behind locked doors. There isn’t anybody who doesn’t know who you are.
Level 10- Legendary
Become a thing of legend and be remembered for years to come

How To Level Up

Quote:
The character starts off with one type of skills (An example would be: Fire magic, Marksmanship, Swordsmanship, etc.) You can develop as many techniques as you like based upon this skill set, although some techniques may need to be held back before your character can use them(For later levels), it should also be noted that only one character can control the maximum of two elements if your going for an element based character.

The Skill sets are titled as such: Beginner, Master, Expert, Legend. Every character can pick three skill sets during their levelling, which are then combined with the name of the Skill set, for example: Beginner Swordsmen. The Skill sets then also get sub titles, there are only three: One, Two, Three. These are then put with the name of the Skill set as well, example: Beginner (1) Swordsmen.

After you reach Level three, and mastered your first Skill set at Beginner, you then have a Choice, you can either Advance that Skill set to the next title, Master of that skill set. allowing you to reach even higher potential with said skill set, or you can take up another Skill set (marksmen, fire magic, etc.) And that skill set you will start at Beginner (1) with that skill set and your previous skill set. This pattern continues every multiple of three.

these are the only restrictions to characters.

The Levelling up Process itself is fairly simple.

Depending on your deeds (what your character does) you are awarded Points, the greater the deed the more points you receive.
The deed can be any alignment. E.g Saving a village from getting destroyed will earn you as many points as destroying one. This is to try and maintain a fair levelling system for all.
