In other news, I haven't been in here in a while, eh?
I got hired at the co-op gas station, so I've been working 3 or 4 shifts weekly. Keeps me busy, on top of school.

Next week is our 'spring' break, and I'm off to Ottawa to visit a friend. Flight leaves saturday morning.
But, because I'm gone valentine's day, I'm going to see a movie with my boy on friday night...I wont get to see the opening ceremonies. Boo. Those are usually full of melodrama and fun <3

Sidenote: How many of your non-canadians have heard of Terry Fox?
They were passing the flame in front of a statue of him and it got me wondering. He's practically worshipped here.

I haven't either. Killer of an assignment last week and exams next week. I finished my last university classes this week but I don't feel like I've had any time to take it in. I feel sad though. sad

I don't remember the winter Olympics ever airing on the commercial channels here, but for some reason they're promoting these ones like crazy. I think it's because we won our first medal or something similarly ridiculous last time.

The whole 'Australians ordered to take down flag of boxing kangaroo' story is all over the news here. Controversy!

I have no idea who Terry Fox is either. xd

I hope the gas station is better than the one Kav worked in! He used to get crazy night shifts and people stealing petrol. I worried about him a lot. sad I'm glad you got a job though.
