Ayame's body tensed slightly when Myka sat down, and she resisted the temptation to whip the water in her cup at Myka's face. "What the h*ll is wrong with me?" She thought, shaking her head. Myka had shown her nothing but kindness...okay, not really. "Am I just jealous? Jealous of sharing Sho?" This made Ayame wanted to laugh, and she bit her tongue. "Nope, Arson hasn't gone to my head." Ayame said smoothly before raising her eyebrows. "Ooh la la, you two must have had a steamy make-up, since it looks like both you and Sho left your shirts here." She tapped her fingers against her water glass. "Well, try and keep it clean for a couple minutes, okay? I can't stand watching people go at it when I'm trying to eat. Especially when I'm trying to eat pasta." Ayame shuddered. "Can you say totally nasty?" A wicked glint flicked through her eyes as she turned to Myka. "Why so quiet Myka? Sho didn't suck up your personality, did he? Because I doubt you'd be this quiet and...innocent without a good reason. Or did he just bride you to be quiet? He's done that to me plenty of times." Ayame turned back to the table and fell silent. "Plate of pasta, butter and salt please!" She chirped before falling silent again.
Sho merely rolled his eyes at this, and nodded to Arson. "Can I ask what you did to Ayame? I've never seen her like this before." Sho asked Arson as he took a sip of Ayame's water. He wasn't hungry, and couldn't image why Ayame would be. Oh yeah...probably cause she hadn't eaten anything since...a really long time ago. And he couldn't image why Arson wasn't annoyed by Ayame's mood swings. True, Sho was used to them, but they still annoyed the he*ll out of him. "Don't mind her." Sho muttered to Myka. "She'd probably just, well, I can't think of a reason on why she would be acting like this, but I'm sure it's nothing serious." He snorted at Ayame's comment about him bribing her to be quiet. As young kids, he'd bribed her with candy. As young teens, he'd bribed her with ink. As an older teen, he had merely learned how to tune her out. "Now if only I could learn how to do this with Myka." Sho thought, smirking.

Myka cocked a curious brow, tilting her head to the left as she rested an elbow onto the table. She cupped her chin in her hand boredly and looked to Arson, a smirk on her face. "Okay..." she said, a sort of sly knowing in her eyes. Myka may not have known Ayame all that well, but she sure as hell knew Arson. She let an absentminded giggle escape her lips and she rolled her eyes playfully when he cringed lightly. "Don't be scared, Arsey-baby! I won't bite ya! I'll bite Sho." she said, gaze flickering from her friend to her... friend with benefits? Myka shrugged. She wasn't all that sure how to refer to Sho. Should she call him her boyfriend or her f*ck buddy? They were in a relationship, yes, but they way they talked (or the way she talked) made her feel as though she was just a little bit of a whore. Myka nibbled her bottom lip, running a hand through her dark red bangs. Her mind began to whirl around but she still kept her mind on the conversation. "I'll try to keep my paws to myself." she retorted playfully. "Nahh, he didn't suck my personality away, though I wish he had sucked other things... Don't worry about me, Aya. I'm just fine." she replied, her mood slowly getting better. "A pomegranate and an extra ripe orange please!"
Arson shrugged, blinking his eyes before closing them. "A pomegranate!" he ordered easily, an easygoing smile on his face. But when he heard Myka giggle, he sat up erect, scooting over a bit to get away from his old time friend. He looked at Sho seriously, a light frown on his face. "Did she take anything?" he asked, cringing slightly at her giggle. He cocked a curious brow at the girl, plucking up his pomegranate as she spoke again and looked back at Sho. "Why does she sound so horny?" he asked as he picked it slowly apart.

Ayame smiled sweetly at Myka, though her eyes still remained cool. "What? You don't believe that I can handle myself around big, bad Arson." She blinked up at Myka innocently, her full lips forming a pout, although her eyes still held a faint malice to them. She wasn't trying to be mean, not really. Myka just made her act that way. Protective, sarcastic and, yes...bitchy. Just like Sho made her act bubbly, and Arson made her act...calm. What could she say? She was water, always changing. And although her desire to slap Myka senseless with a whip of water was gone, the desire to play b***h with Myka was still first and foremost in Ayame's heart. Because, quite honestly, Myka annoyed the crap out of her. In a good way, sorta, kinda, maybe, not really. True, Myka did make Ayame a better and strong person (to a certain degree), but, at times, there was nothing Ayame wanted more that to kill the red-head. Okay...so maybe she was a little jealous. But she had every right to. None of the girl's Sho had ever dated before had been as 'outgoing' as Myka. Or horny. And she wasn't used to having to share her 'big brother' with some witty, beautiful, dangerous, fire-wielding chick. She mock gasped as Myka rolled her eyes at Arson. "Are you trying to steal MY lover now too? There's just no stopping you, is there? First Sho, and now Arson? Oh Gods help us! We'll never be safe!" Ayame smirked slightly when Myka's eyes wandered to Sho, and a look of brief confusion crossed the red-head's face. How sweet. They were f*ck buddies. Still, what had she been expecting. Ayame had come to the conclusion (true or false she didn't really know, but she had come to it all the same) that Myka wasn't that great in serious relationships, and she got the feeling that Sho was feeling the same way, all because of the fact that he had never met a girl like Myka. Idly, Ayame wondered if Myka had allowed Sho into her head yet. "That would certainly make going at it a bit more interesting." She thought wickedly, shoving a mouthful of pasta into her mouth, and making a face at Myka's comment. "But Myka, what would Sho suck?" She asked, pretending to be clueless. "You're not a guy." She smiled sweetly again. "I know you are." She told her frienemy. Oh no, it wasn't Myka Ayame was worried about. It was Sho.
Sho sighed, his low pony-tail sliding back and forth over his back. "No, she didn't take anything." He said, looking at Arson. "I think she's just always like this when she gets horny. Which probably is not a good thing, but that's a conversation for another time." Sho's brows quickly travelled up his forehead when both Myka and Arson ordered pomegranates. "It's the pomegranate the scared fruit or something in Ancient Greece? Just like the apple is to Christians?" He yawned, and stretched backwards, running a hand through his hair, the hem of his shirt rising slightly. "Because Persephone ate the stupid fruit, and then was trapped in the Underworld." Sho snorted. "No offense or anything, but that was just plain stupid on her part. YAY, I'm going to eat this fruit, even though I know I shouldn't, because if I do I'll be trapped here forever. But oh well, I'm totally magically, and hey look, I ate the fruit and now I am stuck here. Boo hoo hoo." As soon as Sho began imitating the Goddess of Spring, his voice turned high and fake-girly. "Yeah, that's clever alright." He continued in his normal tone.

Myka shook her head sweetly as hte pomegranate lolled out onto the table. She plucked it up with deft fingers and immediately set to cracking it's exterior. "Not at all. I just don't think he can handle himself around you." she chirped her response. She had met many girls like Ayame in her time. She flowed and changed like water, shifting in emotions and riding the current full throttle without really giving a damn. Though Myka could jump from emotion to emotion, she could stay in one place and smolder, though if agitated, she could lash out and destroy everything in her wake. She respected Ayame to some extent, but still did find her occasional bitching irratating. "No, Aya-dear!! Arsey can be your lover, but he's still my brother!! Or punching bag... Whichever you'd prefer." Myka said when she finally got to the bitter center of the fruit. She popped a few of the pods in her mouth, and their flavor stained her tongue with great verve. She started to answer Sho's little tyraid when Arson did and a smirk crossed her face as she continued on her little forbidden fruit. "Boobies, my dear Ayame, boobies. Nipples to be precise." she said, easily dismissing the faux sweetness.
Arson raised a lazy brow and then looked back at Myka. "Yeah. And when she's stoned." he replied just beneath his breath. He almost let a chuckle escape his lips at Sho's comment, and faintly wondered about just how he felt about Myka and Sho being in a relationship. It wasn't that he didn't approve (it was Ivy's job to give the 'yes' or 'no about boys Myka decided to date, most of which dind't make it to the second date due to mental scarring via Ivy), it was just that tinge of worry he had for knowing Myka for so long. She was like another sister to him... A slightly less crazy Ivy. "In a way, I suppose. Persephone wasn't the sharpest crayon in the box, I can tell you that. Maybe there's something the myth doesn't tell us. Maybe Persephone actually loved Hades. Maybe she ate her forbidden fruit on purpose."[/colr] he suggested as he slowly picked the bittersweet pods. He rolled t hem around in his palm for a moment before dropping them into his mouth. "It's a notion I like to entertain. I'm a bit of a conspiracy theorist."

Ayame smiled at Myka, her eyes flashing apologetic 'I'm sorry that was a bitchy comment. Please excuse that; you know how I am'. "Well, I'm a big girl. I think I'll be safe. But, you know, if he tries anything on me, you'll be the first to know. And I'll totally expect you to beat him up for me." She took a sip of her water, then reached for the salt shaker, and doused her noodles generously with the flavored crystals. "Oh, well, I'm so glad you feel that way about Arson, because I feel the same way about Sho!" She chirped cheerfully, spearing several noodles with her fork and gesturing with them at Sho. "You know, I love you like a sister Myka-chan, but if you break Sho's heart, I think fire and water might have to have a rematch." She leaned over and gave Sho a clingy but brief hug. "Since Sho here is my only family left, I would be heart-broken if something happened to him." Ayame's eyes tilted upwards as her smile got even bigger. "Or, at least, he was my only family left until I met you two!" Her eyes widened mockingly, and she placed a hand over her mouth. "Gasp! How racy you are Myka! How dare you mention such crude things at the dinner table/dinner bench/whatnot. I'm still a young child; you're corrupting my innocent mind!" She covered her ears and shook her head pointedly, before letting her hands fall to her lap and, turning wide-eyed to Arson. "Persephone was stupid, yes. I agree with you, I do think she loved Hades. She lived a pretty sheltered life; her mother had protected her since day one. And since Hades was the most hated God around for reasons I can't understand, it's not like she was going to just stand up to her mother and announce her love. I think Persephone trapped herself in the Underworld, either to be with Hades or to get away from her mother." Ayame shrugged. "Or maybe for some other reason entirely. She was stupid, but maybe we need to give her more credit." A pout tugged on Ayame's lips. "Of course, the whole thing is still rather sexist, but that's a conversation for another time."
Sho raised an eyebrow. "Would it be safe to say that Myka is always like this; she's always horny? And don't worry, I'm not going to do anything to Myka. In fact, if there's anyone that you should really be worried about in this relationship, it's me." He shrugged. This mind-reading thing was still really pissing him off, but Sho was getting used to it. "I mean, let's be honest. Myka's probably going to do way more damage to me than I could ever, ever do to her. Am I right?" Propping his head up on the table, Sho listen to Ayame blabber on. "Oh Gods. Do NOT get her started on how woman were treated in the Ancient World." He said bluntly, yawning widely. "She's go on for days and days. It's really rather boring. Trust me, I've listened to it about ten times now. And no, it does not get better each time. I like your ideas those Arson. Very...non-mainstream of you." Sho cracked an eye and smirked at Ayame, awaiting her reaction. He loved Ayame, but he had to agree with Myka. Sometimes, her always changing emotions and personalities was a bit too much for him. Thank the Gods Arson had come along to take her off his hands.

Toying with the pods of her pomegranate, Myka smiled brightly at Ayame. "For future refrence, shall I castrate him, or just go with the tar and feathering?" she asked, hazel eyes blinking innocently. Pouty pink lips turned upwards in a sort of half smile. "I don't plan on stepping any hearts anytime soon, nor eating them for that matter. And a rematch sounds marvelous under any circumstances. I'd love to see what would happen when we went at each other's throats again." she suggested her smile still in place. She popped a few more pods into her mouth, smiling as dark juice burst into her mouth and play over her tastebuds. The red-haired girl swallowed before covering her mouth as Ayame spoke. She forced back her laugh until she finally couldn't take it and a long string of laughter pooled into the air. "That's rich!! 'Innocent'!! Beautiful!!" she cheered, breaths escaping through her lips as she laughed. When Myka finally calmed down, she shook her head, toying with a pomegranate pod between her fingertips. "The whole world is sexist if you ask me, but then again, no one did. Maybe Persephone does deserve more credit. Perhaps we should ask the Gods themselves one day." she suggested as the tiny dark colored pod burst between her fingertips. Myka sighed as she slipped the skin into her mouth, chewing briefly before swallowing. Her eyes flickered to Arson before she kicked him beneath the table. "Anthony was a cat. And I did not screw a cat. I may be a little whore-ish, but I'm not that bad."
Arson cocked a brow at Sho. "Pretty much yeah. Except for when she's fighting. But afterwards? Yeah. She's always horny." he replied, shrugging his shoulders as he did so. Shifting dark hair from dark eyes, Arson nodded gravely. "I am worried about you. I don't want another Anthony incident. Never again." he said, a shudder running down his spine. He only laughed as Myka kicked him, grateful the girl hadn't actually been trying to hurt him. He laughed lightly as Sho spoke, nodding as if to say 'I'll make a note of it'. "I appreciate it. Always nice to think out of the box." he replied, folding his arms.

Ayame brushed several gold strands of hair out of her face as her eyes turned thoughtful. "Good question. Well, neither would really kill you, or at least, neither would really kill you in theory. I suppose tarring and feathering is more visible, which would at first make it seem more embarrassing, but that does go away after a while. Castrating, on the other hand, does not ever go away, and while it's not as visible as being covered in feathers, unless you're a nudist, someone could still find out, especially if they pantsed you, although that's hardly the only way someone could find out about your lack of manliness." She nodded as if coming to a decision. "I'm going to have to go with castrate. In the long run, that's so much more embarrassing!" She smiled dazzlingly, her teeth almost as bright as her diamond nose stud. "You may say that, but I don't trust you with Sho's heart." Ayame warned, shaking a finger at Myka. "He's such a delicate boy you know, I don't think he could take the over-whelming grief of having his heart broken!" Her smile got slightly more mean when the redhead suggested a rematch. "Same here dollface, same here. But first, I suppose, we'll have to find something worth fighting over." Her eyes narrowed slightly and then widened as she smiled, and speared several more noodles, lost in the child-like attempt to see how many pasta noodles she could get onto her fork. When Myka burst out laughing, and nearly choked, Ayame looked up, one gold brow raised in confusion. "Sorry? What on Earth did I miss? I wasn't aware that I said something that funny." Her tone made it clear she was confused, and not very amused. "Of course the whole world is sexist!" Ayame exploded, slamming the table in annoyance. This was one of her favourite topics. "It's a man's world, and women just live in it." She folded her arms across her chest in annoyance, and pretended to pout. "Well, number one, that question would be considered rude, and she'd probably turn us into flowers or something, and number two, it doesn't even matter because it doesn't look like we'll ever leave this camp!" She glared up at the sky, then blinked at Myka. "Excuse me, but do you swallow those seeds?" Ayame asked in amazement, completely tuning out the current conversation.
Sho resisted the temptation to lower his eyebrow just so he could raise it again. That would just look stupid. And Sho never looked stupid. Unless he was around Myka. Then he always looked stupid. Fact of life. Sighing, Sho lowered his brow. "Really? I thought she fought because she was horny. Clearly, I don't know her well enough. This really is just like a summer camp. All I do is bond with people I didn't want to know in the first place, and learn way too much and things I would have never wanted to know about people I already knew." He rolled his eyes at the inside joke between Arson and Myka. Sometimes, it really was better not to ask. Inside, he amused himself by watching Ayame finish off her pasta in what had to be a record speed. Sighing again, Sho shifted his attention back to the conversation at hand. He didn't really know Arson, but already he liked the other male. If nothing, Arson was good at tolerating Ayame, which was an amazing feat in itself. Sho could only tolerate the blond through years and years of practice. "Ah, but what is the box in the first place?" He made a vauge gesture with his hands. "Actually, I'm surprised the Gods haven't struck you down where you stand for thinking such outlandish and racy thoughts." He leaned away from Arson, and eyed the dark-haired boy wearily. "Maybe we should stay away from you until we know where the Gods feelings lie on your crazy ideas."
