Is that offensive? I was trying to explain the concept of 'health' to a Porguese speaker and i dont think he was understanding. So I went on a limb and explained in Spanish too.
He was like.."Talked in Spanish doesnt make sense, no?"
I didnt MEAN to offend him...But i've done it before with good results rofl
I recognize the two are different, but they also are mutually intelligible.
