Upon hearing the sound of cracking tree bark, Oki instantly snapped her head up, like the curious little child she was, from its place within her bag of treats and watched in with a face that could rival that of a confused child on christmas morning. 'That's not flying triple chocolate chip cookies...'

Eyeing the kunai as it flew pass her towards Kai, Oki suddenly had an empihany and remembered what it was she was doing. 'Oh yeah...I was just teaching this weak, unfairly tall looking ninja the Hanapatsu Kaze no Jutsu.' Oki had a thing against heights, being the shortest one in the her family of three, she couldn't accept the fact that she was in fact, smaller that most of the people around her. Even 12 year olds were TALLER! 'ITS JUST NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!'

Fuming like a child who just realized that she got coal instead of presents for Christmas, on lookers could see that Oki had her eyes narrowed at nothing but air and that her hands were squeezed so tightly that her knuckles were turning white. Even the chocolate bar in her right hand had cracked in half from the pressure. The moment that chocolate cracked, Oki instantly snapped back to attention and in unnatural blinding speed caught the falling chocolate with her left hand. Stuffing it in her mouth, Oki swallowed it whole before redirecting her attention to Kai."Alright. Since you mastered the Hanapatsu Kaze no Jutsu, I guess next is..."

Stuffing the rest of the chocolate bar in her mouth, Oki swiftly ran through a series of handseals before concentrated her chakra into the air around two of the discarded scrolls and manipulated the air so that it flowed beneath the scrolls and lifted them up from the air. She let them float 5 centimetres from the ground for about two seconds before releasing her jutsu. "That was the Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu and this jutsu causes objects to levitate by controlling the air around the object to go beneath it thus lifting it up from the ground." Done with her explanation, Oki opened another chocolate bar and took a gigantic bite.

Actually watching this time, Oki could only shake her head at Kai's failure to produce the jutsu's effect the first time around. 'Sheesh, its not like its that hard to move wind under an object and have it float. Oh well, its not like everyone could be as talented as me~' With that happy thought in mind, Oki contently stuffed the remainder of her current chocolate bar into her thoat. Taking out another chocolate bar, Oki continued to rapidly nibble away at her stash of chocolate. By her feet an ever growing pile of chocolate wrappers could been seen. "Bhoug Woark."

Realizing that she sounded sorta stupid saying that with her mouth full, Oki quickly swallowed the blob of chocolate forming at her mouth only to pull out another chocolate bar and take a small bite from it. Satisfied with the current amount of sugar in her system, Oki allowed her teacher personna take over for a few mere seconds. "Alright good work. Though it did take you two times to get it right, I'll let it slide." Dropping the sack of chocolate bars, Oki calmly ran through a small series of handseals before focusing on the last seal.

Concentrating her chakra on the wind around her, Oki willed it to gather right next to her as she condensed the wind into the shape of a human. After focusing, yes focusing, for a few more seconds, the winds distanctively took up the features of its controller and eventually an exact replica of Oki took form from the wind. "Alright. This is the last academy level technique I can teach you. Its called the Kaze Bunshin and its pretty much your average clone execpt that its made with wind. Also, this clone is able to attack and be attacked as well. Go on then, you try." Oki said with a very sweet smile.

Barely paying any attention to Kai as she continued to nibble away at her chocolate bar, Oki was still able to pick up on the fact that her temperary student was getting tired, most likely due to a low chakra supply. 'Shessh, already? We barely even started? Was I ever this weak?'

Nodding her head in approval for his success at performing the 'Kaze Bunshin' jutsu, Oki was just about to gloat and brag about him calling her powerful when his other words finally registered in her mostly air-filled head. "SHORT?!?!?!?!?!" Clenching her hands into fists, Oki snapped the remainder of her chocolate bar in half but unlike last time, she didn't bother catching it, allowing it to fall onto the ground. "I'M NOT SHORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Oki shouted as she did her best to come up with a good argument. "I'm just...just...vertically challenged!"...okay, where did that come from, even Oki was surprised by what she said, in all her 15 years of life, this has to be her fifth time saying a big word! 'But what does vertically challenged mean anyways...? It's another way to call someone who is growing really slowly right?'

Shaking her head to clear herself of thoughts that she considered useless, Oki coughed once in order to regain control over the situation. Taking in a deep breath, Oki began her dismissal speech. "Well, this oh so powerful one is hungry and thristy so I best be going now. You should go get rest up and then find the Hokage sometime tomorrow for further instructions." Done, Oki used a simple fuuton jutsu to regather all her stuff into her petite arms before stalking off to who knows where.

Hiniko stood in front of her parents graves. She hadn't know how long she had been standing there but this was something she had to do before she finally gave up on everything that was linking her to her failure. She stared at the names of her parents, and she sighed. "I don't know how you are going to feel about this" she said softly. The flames in front of the graves seemed to flicker at the comment and she watched them saying nothing. "hmm" she mused her thoughts not realy swirling, but more so blank. She hadn't seen her parents since before she had been kidnapped. She didn't know enough about them to feel much other than regret that she didn't know them more.

Following quietly behind Kaji, Itsuki allowed herself to be lead by the hand as she remained silent throughout the whole way to the cemetery. 'That incident at the Ichiraku Ramen stand...most likely an inside job...could be almost anyone...' Breaking off from her thoughts when she felt them stop, Itsuki glanced upward and turning to her right, Itsuki spotted an all to familiar grave. 'Sensei...' Seeing the flowers, Itsuki smiled as she noticed how fresh they were. That meant that Kaji had been here a few days prior. 'And he even brought sensei's favourites...' Chuckling as well at his introduction, Itsuki smiled a small smiled filled with saddness, regret and longing...Releasing her hand from Kaji's Itsuki knelt in front of the grave and pressing both hands in prayer, Itsuki bowed three times in respect. Resting her hands on her lap, Itsuki reopened her eyes and stared gently at the grave. "I'm back sensei, sorry for not visiting after so long...it's been a long journey..."

When she felt Kaji's all to familiar hand on her bare shoulder, Itsuki turned her head to face him. Smiling and nodding in response to his words, Itsuki couldn't help but chuckle at the last part. "I'm sure you did..."

Following his gaze as it returned to their decease sensei's tomestone, Itsuki could only shoot him a look of disbelief at his next set of words. "Seriously? A bet? What did you think I'll turn into? A fat ugly cow?" Little did Itsuki know, that was exactly what Kaji had betted in his depressed state. Rolling her good eye at him, Itsuki returned her attention to the grave as she spoke. "Guess it seemed you two spent some nice quality time together while I was busy studying. Men...shoudn't known you guys would do something irrational like making a bet. Jeez...I miss those days...you always knew how to bring the life to any situation...You were like a second father to me...guess I should've push past my pride and told you that while you were still here..."

Knowing that regret will get her nowhere and that her sensei would most likely prefer some good news, Itsuki decided that it was about time to inform him of her promotion. The last time she spoke to him, was right after she was promoted to Sannin. It was also the last evening before her departure. "Anyhow...I'm sure that's not the type of new you want to here. So I guess I better let you in on the good news...I'm leading Leaf now...I promise you...I'll make Konoha the pride of the five nations..."

Smiling softly, Itsuki continued to stare at the tombstone as Kaji picked up from where she left off. When he said he was proud of her, Itsuki tore her gaze from the grave momentarily to flash him an appreciative smile. Staring blankly at his offered hand, Itsuki heard his words and using that as a momentarily distraction from his gesture, Itsuki turned back to face the grave. Pressing her hand together, Itsuki gave the tombstone a low bow. "Its late now, so we best be going. I'll come again soon..." Standing up, Itsuki brushed off the lingering dust from her kimono top. Facing Kaji, Itsuki stared once more at his outstretched hand and glancing between that and his sincere gaze, Itsuki relented and placed her left hand in his. "Just this once alright..."
