On Febuary 10, 2010, I will be giving out 70k to certain guild captians; because most of them don't even visit the guild so I have to demote them. I will be giving 30k to all crew and 20k to members.
Members= Have at least 6 posts and 1 random topic by then.
Crew= Have at least 13 posts and 2 random topics by then
Captains= Just visit and post. So Far I'm only going to be giving to two captians cause all the others aren't visiting and helping to fix this guild.

Also, on my other account (I Yin-Yang I )
I will also be giving out pay days, but to the people that do the most stuff in this guild. If they dont do much then they dont get paid at all. Right now im just going to sav up so i can pay some people that do stuff.
