The body, proportions, and clothes are pretty good overall, but the head shape and face seem weird to me. Considering this is a side view, I think you made the eye too long. The chin seems a bit... masculine. I'd personally move the ear over more to the left, and I'd lower it and/or shrink it. I think the ear should start close to the bottom of the nose and end in line with the eyes or eyebrows. In any case, the ear should be, like, in line with where the jaw ends.
I'd personally make the hair more... anime-like. And I'd personally have the highest part of her hair more similar to the outline of how her skull would be, though I can't seem to explain why...
The skirt seems incomplete... like it's not going all the way around the body.
If her legs are like that, then I think we should be able to see both breasts, not just a side view of one.

I agree, the eye is too long. Also, the mouth shouldn't look like it should on a front veiw, because nobody's mouth is on one side of their face. Good concept though. Is she a cheerleader with a broken heart?

Well, some anime/manga does do the side mouth thing, so I wouldn't necessarily call that a problem. Lots of anime I watch shoes the inside of the mouth/cheek as if the mouth is on the side when the characters are talking on a side view. Here's a quick little MS Paint example...  If you were being more realistic, there'd be space between the lips, not a connection. I personally think it would look better in lilMissOmiko's picture if that lower lip line thing wasn't showing, 'cause it would be sorta weird for the center of the lip to be on the side of the face... Well, this "side mouth" thing is weird enough as is, but I think the lips should be kept on the outline of the face.

who is it? Is it Kagoma? or is it a made up character? but it is very well drawn. maybe some of the hair going wild or the hair can just be relaxing. But over all, it's very good! biggrin o, and the one with the guy laughing, its very good 2! smile
