I learned these myself.

annyeong 안녕! : Hi / Bye! (informal)
ne / ye 네 : yes
aniyo / ani 아니요 / 아니 : no
babo / bapo 바보 : fool
kamsahamnida 감사함니다 : Thank you (formal)
gomawo 고마워 : Thanks (to friends or people younger)
araso 아라소 : Understand

Some of the words can be used as a question or an answer, depending on your tone

araso 아라소 : Understand
It would actually be written "알았어", though.
It comes from the verb "알다", which means to know or to understand.
It's the past form, in low speech, so it's more of "understood" or "okay".
A polite way to say it is "알겠습니다", which is what I say to my boss. ^^;

I know a lot of Korean words, so I'm not going to type a list here.
