But everyone in cub is begging me to go so xD; I might as well go right? But anyways, I was gonna sell art for Otakon funds AND for buying stuff at Tekko *____* So I need ideas x.x;"

Specific individual characters or just the titles? I'll just give titles for now.
Personally I think you can't go wrong with Yu Yu Hakusho. biggrin
Then there's Inuyasha, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Tokyo Mew Mew, Fruits Basket, Full Metal Alchemist, Soul Eater, Naruto, Ouran High School Host Club, Magic Knights Rayearth.
Just how popular would you prefer? I can think of a few more titles but I'm not sure they'd qualify as being called popular. sweatdrop
