Ok, i've got a question, and it might be stupid BUT...

If Michael has been watching over Dean his whole life, and Dean has always been his vessel...

When Lilith killed Dean and send him to hell...WHERE was Michael then?? And all the other countless times Dean almost died? Isn't Michael an archangel?

I can't remember exactly if he is, but if he is he's dropped the ball on Dean quite a bit. No wonder Dean would tell him hell no! "You didn't save me once!"

In other news, this ep was awesome. Although I missed the first twenty minutes because the channel showed another basketball game, that s**t is getting old fast. So I had to watch most of it on the internet but it was coo' beans.

CAS I'VE MISSED YOU SOOOO MUCH! heart

I guess it was because Lucifer hadn't been released yet so Michael didn't really need him.
Like he said, he didn't want the apocalypse to happen, but it did, so maybe he was hoping for the best.

I think Beau brings up an excellent point. In my experience, the SN peeps have been excellent about covering their asses from these kinds of questions, and are usually on top of it. And while I find Assassinite's answer satisfactory, I can't help but wonder if this is actually the first in what may become a line of questions about the intentions of the heavenly hierarchy and the mysterious location of God....

This episode was good, especially the Glenn Close bit, funny. And the part when Sam was just staring at his young parents was sooo creepy and funny at the same time. I kept expecting Daddy Winchester was going to get into a fight with him or something... and when Gabrielle took over his body, HUH! He become soo Hot, but deadly.. hahaha

I've learned to try and answer the questions on my own with Supernatural and not think too much into them because they tend to either take forever to answer them (like the whole deal with Dean's necklace) or just not address them at all.
It would be nice if they did answer it somewhere in the storyline, but right now I don't think they believe it's of extreme importance.
