The Chakra System
To make the whole battle experience more enjoyable and fun we will be making it a little more complex, Hopefully not too bad but simply you will start with a chakra meter (Number) and each jutsu you use will decrease your meter by a certain number of points.
(This idea is from Hidden Villages guild, but i have been given permission to use the idea.)
Rules For Fighting: as the battle starts simply state in your post your Chakra meter and measure its disappearance throughout the battle.

This system is in place so that people don't God Mod by surpassing their character's abilities. You will need to keep in mind these chakra usage rules when you are fighting.
Also classes and bloodlines may effect you chakra meter. this Page will tell you how much Each Jutsu will cost you chakra meter's will be displayed in classes page Here

Rank E - Cost 1 Point of Chakra Per cast
Rank D - Cost 2 Point of Chakra Per cast
Rank C - Cost 5 Point of Chakra Per cast
Rank B - Cost 12 Point of Chakra Per cast
Rank A - Cost 24 Point of Chakra per cast
Rank S - Cost 35 Point of Chakra per cast
Forbidden - Cost 40 Point of Chakra Per cast (1 per battle)
